“It was an excellent experience.
We did have an issue with the order though. I'm lactose intolerant and specifically said no cheese for my bacon burger. It showed up with cheese. This was quickly remedied once I let them know the error (drastic change from the last time there was an issue with an order - we were told to pick off the offending ingredients).“

“Haven't had Long John's in awhile. DeCife on Mother's Day I give it a try. What a mistake food was cooked in dirty grease taste awful and look just as bad! Really upset with this use to love there food ready when downhill since I ate there before never again!“

If there were any problems the managers will quickly address the problem and try to make everything right just for happy customer and raving fan! “I never knew there was a rally's in the area until tonight. I was in the area running postmates and there was an order that came through for rally's and I have never been to one so after I delivered the food I went back to order my food and omg I loved it, staff was very friendly as well. will be going back again.“
