The pizza was good, but the other dishes we ordered were not very good. The food also did not come out at the same time. The service was poor. I asked for Parmesan cheese and it took the waitress 15 minutes to come back with it. My meal was already getting cold by the time she came back. She also forgot to bring out our drinks and when she remembered only brought out one towards the end of the meal.
I always loved Bertucci’s but like many chains they struggled for awhile and weren’t good. Went back for the first time in a few years and it was fantastic! Our waitress Shannon was excellent. Definitely going back soon!

Dined in today with my family. Service was fantastic, and food was pretty good too. My only complaints are the atmosphere. The place is outdated, the bathrooms have trash everywhere, the tables were so sticky but our server assured us they’re not dirty that it’s just the finish coming off. Kinda shows how much they care about upkeep here. There was a tall man in the back of the kitchen screaming so loud every 5 minutes that we couldn’t even focus on enjoying conversation...
