I went to Capriotti’s for lunch and purchased a tuna hoagie and a cheese steak, can I say the worst mistake of my life. The tuna taste like it came straight out of the can. My cheesesteak was sloppy too much mayonnaise and not good. It’s a shame when you order two different types of sandwiches from a restaurant and they’re both un edible. Please for the rest of your customers. Make sure that your food is prepared where people can eat it and enjoy. Because you have lost this customer have a great day. And if I could have given this establishment, no stars I would have but Google makes you give them at least one star
Love the food, but they can't read a food ticket. They love forgetting food.

Bring back the good fries these new ones are generic and really bad
The chicken bacon ranch sandwich is one of the best sandwich’s I’ve ever had. The best part is they triple checked my order to make sure it was correct before I left. Will definitely be back!

Always the best sandwiches available. I love their roast beef while the wife loves the Bobby. You just can't go wrong here.

Every time I come here I get stared at by the employees like I have 3 heads or something. Nobody greets me until I stare back at them. I walked up to the register and the kid was on his phone ignoring me even though he saw me walk in. I’m black by the way, and my black coworkers who go there have shared similar experiences with me. If you wanna hand these people your money go ahead but I will no longer be doing so. It’s 2025.
I have been a fan since the early 2000s. I love the Bobbie, it's my favorite hoagie!

Stopped in for some sandwiches on our way to the Phillies game. My son was looking forward to a cheesesteak, and he really liked the one he got from Capriotti’s. I tried the Chicken Chipolte Crunch. Also really good. Staff were great as well. Very friendly to both my son and I. Food came up quickly as well. Will definitely be back again!

Perfect. Drove out of town to go here. Still perfect. So happy they have veggie turkey. Will go any chance I get. Wish we had a location in the Poconos.
Oh my heavenly days so good. The Bobby was out of this world

Very good food , very well kept establishment, friendly employees
Caps is the place to go in Delco if you want a hoagie. I'm a vegetarian but their menu includes vegetarian hoagies and their fantastic. I get the vegetarian turkey hoagie. The menu offers other veg items that I will have to try in the future.
Never been into the shop, but was in this shopping center for some errands. Stopped in for something for a late lunch. I am a turkey sandwich person, so I was delighted to see the Homemade Turkey sandwich on their menu. I ordered the 8-inch with white bread. I asked for black olives and pickles instead of their standard options. Dr. Pepper fountain drink + baked chips to round out my meal. I will be coming back for this meal in the future for sure.
