Every time I come here I get stared at by the employees like I have 3 heads or something. Nobody greets me until I stare back at them. I walked up to the register and the kid was on his phone ignoring me even though he saw me walk in. I’m black by the way, and my black coworkers who go there have shared similar experiences with me. If you wanna hand these people your money go ahead but I will no longer be doing so. It’s 2025.
I have been a fan since the early 2000s. I love the Bobbie, it's my favorite hoagie!

Perfect. Drove out of town to go here. Still perfect. So happy they have veggie turkey. Will go any chance I get. Wish we had a location in the Poconos.

Caps is the place to go in Delco if you want a hoagie. I'm a vegetarian but their menu includes vegetarian hoagies and their fantastic. I get the vegetarian turkey hoagie. The menu offers other veg items that I will have to try in the future.
Never been into the shop, but was in this shopping center for some errands. Stopped in for something for a late lunch. I am a turkey sandwich person, so I was delighted to see the Homemade Turkey sandwich on their menu. I ordered the 8-inch with white bread. I asked for black olives and pickles instead of their standard options. Dr. Pepper fountain drink + baked chips to round out my meal. I will be coming back for this meal in the future for sure.

I ordered an Italian hoagie (requested no tomatoes, w/Mayo, Vinegar, Crushed Pepper Relish) but received a plain hoagie.
Ordered a Classic Italian (hard to mess up). Requested no onions, add mayo, add vinegar, add red pepper relish. On top of my requests being ignored, I also received the smallest portion of meat I've ever gotten in a Giant sized hoagie. Used to be our go to hoagie spot, definitely going elsewhere in the future.
Worst food and service ever! 30 minutes late on a pick up order. Chicken cheesesteaks weren't even fresh! They reheated the chicken so it tasted like dry rubber! Tried to complain and they said thwy dont care. ILL never recommend to ANYONE!!!
Will go back!!
