Absolutely the worst service ever at all the chipotles I have been to .. the other one has incompetent employees who can’t get a mobile order right .. this one has the worst customer service .. the girl who made my burrito and rang us up had a terrible attitude .. like she was mad that we were here .. didn’t even say thank you after we paid ..

Ordered 5 item and all of them were wrong. Missing multiple topping and meats. Ordered online and 8:30 pick up and arrived and waited another 25 mins. They also kicked out the guest eating there at 9pm when the hours are until 10pm. This place was disgusting with trash overflowing out of the trash cans. The staff are not mean or unprofessional, they just don’t care. Bye bye Chipotle. The supervisor should be fired for allowing once a good place to the disgrace it is today.

This is the worst Chipotle I ever ordered from. We ordered through UberEats. Ordered steak 3 tacos and chicken 3 tacos meals both with fajita veggies and cheese. Received 2 meals of chicken tacos with 4-5 tiny pieces of chicken on each, no fajita veggies and barely any cheese in a soaking wet bag. Will never order from this place again. Other locations around, although not great, are better so if you are ordering through a delivery service, avoid State rd Chipotle.

For a Saturday, it felt understaffed. Still the team was working hard and the food was what you expect for Chipotle.
This is a stopping point when we must go to PHL airport to pick-up guests. Whereas some Chipotle's will skimp on portions, this one is always fair. 3-star for atmosphere because every Chipotle in America has their music turned up so loud you cannot hear the person next to you. Especially if you are hard of hearing (disability) like me. So we eat in our car where it is peaceful.
There are no good chipotles in the area. Won’t go to the macdade or Springfield one and we ordered here… didn’t even put beans on my wife and my bowl. No one reached out if they were out (“hey would you like black beans instead”), really simple. Again, there are no good chipotle’s in this area
