1st time I come in around 11, I wait for someone to get my order but the line isn’t set up, they told me but yet you guys are open, i waited a good 5-8 mins looking for help and they looked like they didn’t want to help me. They give me this puzzled look like what is he doing here, so I said ok I come back another time.
A week later 2nd time I come in today at 12 and I put in an order online this time on the app so i wont be in for a surprise and I selected State Road Chipotle, I come in at 12 my order just said received on the app, and they told me they didn’t receive my order on their system and again didn’t want to help, the one worker told me I selected the wrong chipotle on State Rd, THIS IS THE ONLY CHIPOTLE ON ST RD, I was bit pissed but again I’m not trying fuss with the workers I know they got a long day, so I just left empty handed again.
Service needs to be better, I’m not stepping a foot in that place again. Those workers act like they are allergic to the customers, it is sickening, never again

The food (meat) always seems dried out like it's been sitting for days. Various foods were spilled all across the serving area. I get it if it were busy, but when there's downtime, wipe it down. I did not order
Just an awful experience at this location. The young lady that helped me was rude, disinterested in her job and could have cared less about me as a customer. She was not listening to what I wanted and then seem frustrated when she had to ask again. The food was okay….the chips were definitely stale and the guac was brown. I saved my receipt and will be contacting customer service about today’s experience at this location.
