The food (meat) always seems dried out like it's been sitting for days. Various foods were spilled all across the serving area. I get it if it were busy, but when there's downtime, wipe it down. I did not order
This is a stopping point when we must go to PHL airport to pick-up guests. Whereas some Chipotle's will skimp on portions, this one is always fair. 3-star for atmosphere because every Chipotle in America has their music turned up so loud you cannot hear the person next to you. Especially if you are hard of hearing (disability) like me. So we eat in our car where it is peaceful.

There are no good chipotles in the area. Won’t go to the macdade or Springfield one and we ordered here… didn’t even put beans on my wife and my bowl. No one reached out if they were out (“hey would you like black beans instead”), really simple. Again, there are no good chipotle’s in this area
