Chuck E. Cheese's Reviews
It’s still a fun place to take kids, however it’s nowhere near what it used to be. I’m honestly surprised it hasn’t shut down yet. They literally have like 1-2 people working all the time, every time we go there’s always a game (or 2, or 3, or 4..) broken and they said they don’t have anyone to fix it (them). They don’t even have Chuck E come out anymore because they don’t have someone to play him. It’s definitely changed over the years, and not for the better.
Customer service experience is horrible from the cooks, cashiers and managers.

Chuck E. Cheese offers age-appropriate games, though the food can be pricey. The restaurant is known for its cleanliness and helpful staff, although some employees have shown unprofessional behavior. Customers have noted some disappointment due to inconsistent Chuckie appearances and the high prices for personal-size pizza. Recently, it was mentioned that Chuck could interact more with the kids, as they were excited to see him. There were also concerns about games getting stuck, which required assistance from staff. Despite these issues, Chuck E. Cheese remains a popular choice for kids' parties, with excellent party coordinators and a generally clean environment. On a positive note, an employee named Kyrie received praise for his exceptional service, ensuring a smooth experience for families. It is also recommended to visit during the day, especially with young kids, as they can enjoy the games with less crowding.
