This review is about the front service person that were attempting to help us. We had a coupon and she tried to scan it and it didn't pop up at first so we stepped away to figure stuff out, and when we did so she started talking to her coworkers about us and giving us looks. We come back and we made a new account and it did pop up on the screen yet she kept saying that it didn't go through and that it wasn't working and was acting very annoyed with us when it seemed to be working fine. So we just left and won't be back at this establishment.
The manager tonight Eric was amazinggggg ✨✨ I appreciate him very much. He accommodate to my needs and was very friendly. I appreciate you boo 🫶🏽
Went there for my son's birthday and had a great time!
Its not the same
First and last time of going to this location the baby section was stuck in the middle of the big kids games and the birthday party section that was going on. If was to much camotion and then there was a fight that was about to break out with grown ass man in front of children which shows that ratchet people go here as well and it took the employees forever to calm down the situation..people got guns now of says that should've been handles immediately especially when it comes to children ...my advice is to not go on the weekends go during the week early for a pleasurable experience
Brought our granddaughter to Chuck E Cheese because she kept seeing the commercials and wanted to see Chuckie. We were there for 3 hours no Chuckie, most of the soft drinks were out. Our pizza was greasy and chewie. A lot of the games were out of order….. Will not be going back.
Took my wife and 3 little ones to the springfield location, and mylanta is this place, a health and safety hazard, and not even talking about 1/2 the games/attractions not working or being closed off. Bring your own drink, the soda fountain was leaking all over the that whole area and floor, and the leaking water from the machine was landing right in our drinks. The $114 for a couple crappy pizzas and wings and over $110 for 90 minutes of gaming was enough for me to never want to go back. Staff is insanely lazy and move like molasses. I understand it's probably not the best job, but do better. $250 total for 90 minutes at this not awesome place is ridiculous
I spent $50 on two passes for my kids and a lot of machines weren't working and they're small pizzas where are four slices and I thought they were small small for me and my kids and a lot of machines took my kids points
Great employees very clean
I walked in the door and BAM I was a kid again, it's just like the commercial said. Where a kid can be a kid.

Just got scam for the staff member they . I sign up the membership they for 11.99 a month i ask her can i cancel it she said yes befor the 14 day , i go home try cancel they said i have to be 12 month member
I gave it a three start because chuck could of interacted with the kids better, I know sometimes no one in the mood but if this your job at the time, please make it worth while for the kids sake. Especially because they was soooo happy to see him. Also the games kept getting stuck and still the credits, had to find someone every single time. I’m not sure what’s going on. Food took 15 to 20mins, I came when no one was in there really. Please make this more of a better experience for the kids.. thank you!
Do what is one guy that would be rude to us all because of a play card don’t go to this location guys
