Thank god we didn’t buy points and bought the unlimited games for 45 min because more than half of the games were broken and a waste of time/money. If you had points it would have taken them. The games could be a million times better and the place needs a revamp.

My granddaughter was scared to go down the slide. Shayla was amazing with her. Thanks to Shayla ,a three year old conquered the slide and had a fabulous day with her friends!!! Chuck E Cheese has hired an excellent employee in Shayla, she relates so well to the kiddos. Bravo!!!!

My son had his 6th birthday party there on December 27th, 2025, and all the kids had a great time. The host was great, and it wasn't any issues.. The only thing I don't like is paying separately for the trampoline part, when we already spent around $400 for the party.

Desk computers didn’t work so we waited in line for 30 minutes. After they finally fixed the problem, they couldn’t accept their own coupon. Asked them if they thought they were giving good service and they said “you can come another day or pay full price”. No thanks. First train your employees to give adequate customer service. Won’t be coming again. As this is 12/31/25 I can safely announce Chuck E. Cheese Springfield as the 2025 winner of “worst costumer service” category 🤦‍♀️

The place is nice with good games but the food is worse and highly expensive. The quality of food is below par and would not recommend having anything here as most of it is stale

I love bringing my 5yo niece to Chuckie Cheese. I've been coming to Chuckie Cheese since my 41 yo was a child. Then my 25 yo. The membership is the best deal ever.

Terrible!!!!!! I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in many years and I understand why. They should just hang it up but wait why would they if they can just rip people off!? Most of the machines do not work and there was over an hour wait for food. This place is just ran down, much better options for your kiddos!!!

This Chuck E. Cheese location has completely gone downhill. I’ve been coming here for 16 years, long before the renovations, and this is the worst staff experience I’ve ever had.
The front counter is now run by a group of unprofessional young women who all claim to be “managers” but don’t dress, act, or work like managers. They were out of uniform, had attitudes, were rude, and clearly didn’t know how to handle even basic tasks like adding membership points or applying the weekly discount. Every time my husband or I approached the counter, they would ball their faces up, huddle together, and start whispering and talking about us. Completely unacceptable behavior at a family establishment.
The worst part is that my son has special needs, and they still rolled their eyes, ignored us, and acted inconvenienced. That alone is enough for any parent to reconsider returning.
When I called afterward to speak to a real manager, the same girls answered, lied about being managers, passed the phone around, made remarks, and then hung up on me. I called back multiple times and they refused to answer the phone.
This used to be a great location, but at this point it’s not safe, not professional, and not worth the money — especially for families with special-needs children. Until they address their staffing issues, I recommend going elsewhere.
