Spring field PA 19064 Domino’s store located at 503 Baltimore Pike I went inside for a pizza order and there was inside a black man who introduced himself as Store General Manager refused to help with the issue of letting me talk to the regional area manager about the staff not helping me with online pizza order but pushed me as their customer out of the door. It happened on Jan 2,2026 around at 6:30pm Friday evening I as the customer called the police to report the store for being violent and for furthermore filing a complaint with the corporation. I asked the police officer to identify the man who pushed me out of the door and I was forced to hold the black man’s apron to save myself from falling on the ground. By profession I have been a software engineer and living in the decent neighborhood there for fourty plus years without such store staff misbehavior experience.

Pizza looked great, sadly looks are very deceiving!! It seemed undercooked and extremely doughy. It wasn't cut properly and every single slice tore and fell apart. This was my diner at work and unfortunately I don't carry a knife with me to cut my food. Terrible experience

This is by far the worse location!! The drivers are very lazy they lie about delerving your food and when you call the store they say oh you never picked up the phone. My husband was outside waiting and no one showed up. When I called back they told me oh we can't come back out to your location tonight. The only good news is they cancel the order and I got my money back. Please don't order from this location if you don't want to deal with nasty employees & overall bad service. I will not order from them ever again!

Pizza delivered was wrong order
After 3 hours and 4 calls. We found the replacement pizza on the front step ice cold.
No knock on the door, doorbell ring or phone call. Girl who claimed to be the manager on the phone hung up on me. Horrible!

Staff is horrible. They don’t care when the orders come out and the heavy set black guy was complaining about people’s orders online. This place doesn’t care about the people nor their responsibility.

My wife called to ordera pizza special. He sounded real, but, through more talking she realized it was AI generated.
We wanted a medium pizza half cheese half mushroom for the 6.99 quoted price.
I picked it up and the cashier was training someone. I said my name and I was picking up my 6.99 pizza. I tapped my card and left. When I got home I was charged 11.82. I called the store and the man I spoke to said my wife made a mistake when ordering. Can't give a refund. Guess I won't be going there anymore!!

Unacceptable Customer Service & Wrong Order
On 8/13/2025 at 8:34 PM, I received the wrong order and called to have it corrected. The female who identified herself as the manager talked over me, assumed what she thought I said, refused to provide order details, and abruptly hung up. She offered no apology for the mistake. Having worked in the food service industry as a cook, waitress, and manager, I find this behavior very concerning. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience.

All the food was good with the exception of the honey bbq wings which cost 12.00; the texture was rubbery and they didnt taste good. Money down the drain. Pizza is good and garlic bread was good. Guy making pizza w beard dangling over the food had no beard net. He should have been on the register and someone w no facial hair very little facial hair should have been making the pizzas for sanitary and safety precautions. The prices you see online doesn't apply in person as a walking; higher pricing for sure. Online you have to fill out a long process. Excellent customer service from staff. I was there Aug 2. 2025 ...8ishpm.

All of the recent 1 Star reviews are very telling and accurate. Order is always wrong, contains incorrect items, or has a quality issue. Having moved, and this is the new location that delivers, we are horribly disappointed. The refunds and “free pizza to make it right,” are like a game - they’ll just mess it up again. The only time I received a correct and quality order was when the GM took my order and sent it out for delivery after my issue was not refunded and corporate was involved after getting the run around from the store. My favorite - the time a driver asked me to meet them in the middle of the alley late at night (leave at door order) because that’s where the GPS took them; must have been hard to figure out where the front was on their own.

Feel like you're lucky if you actually get what you . Just ordered and 10 sauces were missing. Wouldn't be a problem but they charge for them so pretty disappointed once again.

Update 6/18: ordered 3 boneless wings and the pictures show what I got. Absolute rip off and they didn't include any of the sauces I ordered. Never order from here

Don't count on the correct sauces or the right amount. When you report an issue on the app it just gives you a coupon for 20% menu priced item. I thought this place was getting better too

I'm updating my review to match the last 2 months experience. From a year long time, this shop made me and my toddler a big fan of pizza and usually we orders from here every month at least once. But from last 2 months, started seeing hair, uncooked dough etc and now we started hating every pizza.
