I recently visited Domino's with the expectation of a quick and pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by exceptionally poor customer service.
From the outset, the staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. When I inquired about a simple order, I was met with a condescending tone and directed to order online. Despite my attempts to clarify my request, the staff member remained impatient and unhelpful.
The situation escalated further when I tried to correct an error in my online order. Instead of assisting me, the manager became verbally abusive, using derogatory language towards both myself and my partner. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply upsetting.
To add insult to injury, the staff's incompetence led to further delays in preparing our order. We were forced to wait while they attempted to rectify their mistakes, all the while being subjected to their continued verbal abuse.
Ultimately, we were informed that we were no longer welcome at the store. This is a clear indication of the store's disregard for customer satisfaction and their commitment to providing a positive dining experience.
I strongly advise anyone seeking friendly and respectful service to avoid this particular Domino's location.

He and his coworkers were very helpful in explaining options to order, possible coupons online, and add ons. He even offered to bring our order to us. Pizza and wings were delicious. No complaints. My sister and I ordered delivery this evening. We were blown away by our delivery driver, Donald. He was outstanding, respectful, and kind. Thank you Donald. Love to give praise when praise is deserved.

I typically order online and, after having to call the store when their website was down, I know I won't be going to this store. I spoke with a woman that repeatedly got my order wrong and kept having to correct it. She was going to place cinnamon sticks in my order when I asked for brownies and put the wrong toppings on my pizza. She also kept asking if I wanted extra cheese on the pizza when I already told her that I did not want it. Not to mention the specific things that I wanted were not available for me to order (wings, sandwiches). I'll just order from another food chain, because that was incredibly inept service.
If I can give negative 5 stars I 100% would. Placed an online order, and food was delivered. When the driver arrived I was missing food. So I called the store and they said we’re out of this item so I just didn’t charge you for it and sent your food out. I asked to replace the item and redeliver, the female that was on the phone stated that I have to pay for the delivery fee again. We went back and forth about the fee and she eventually said in a low voice “OMFG” and hung up the phone on me. Rude works and the owner sucks so it makes sense that he hires trash cans to work for him.

This place is so so horrible. STAY AWAY. it has new management and the food is horrible. i wasted $30 on the wrong order and it was totally inedible. Everything was completely burnt and it was like i ate a stale cracker. Horrible. Go to any other dominos. This one is not worth your money.
