My daughter ordered an iced coffee with vanilla bean syrup and the manager said nothing out of the ordinary and we payed. Then the drink came out and the manager gave us this separate cup of vanilla bean and said you mix it and made up something about a new policy which we knew didn’t make sense considering my daughter gets this drink often. I was incredibly disappointed and offended by the unpleasant treatment we received. We will not be going to DD Baltimore Pike location ever again.

They completely remodeled this Dunkin'.The real problem i have with this service now is how hard they're pushing for it to be done online or through an app.They focus is not on an in person experience. I would say roughly 20% of the business cares about someone walking in the door and actually ordering.It feels they want you to order ahead and just pick up your marcked bag and leave.It is a shame that it does not feel welcoming.

Only 1 female employee at the kitchen,Making all the tickets slows down and the food comes out sloppy.Bad experience

I had this at a five star. But I will never go here again. They must be under new management. I shop here often. And I asked him for an extra cup with a lid. He gave me the lid and said a dollar for the empty cup. I just believe that's a disgrace. After he said that I started to look around and I noticed they were not wearing hair nets. And when he have me the lid his finger were dirty. im so upset because I used to love this dunkin!
