I ordered MY pizza, half sliced pepperoni and mushrooms, half original. But I had never had Icon, or Detroit style, pizza. The pepperoni/mushroom was literally one of the truly finest pizzas I have ever had in my now 60+ years, having grown up in suburban Philly. You just have to taste this to understand the incredible flavor of this pizza. Everything builds from the crust up, to a sauce that is unbelievable, and the pep and mushrooms blend in a mix with cheeses for a spectacular taste. And it eats like pizza should, substantial, but not heavy. Even when you're full you want more, and you're sorry when it's finished. The original Detroit style was also excellent... This is one of my criteria, because a great pizza has to start with a great regular or plain pie to build on. Icon starts with an excellent foundation, they obviously use superb ingredients, and they make a pizza you really enjoy and want to eat... again.

I dont like pizza much normally but this restaurant is VERY delicious and the staff is always friendly and the food is prepared very quickly. It reminds me of a local pizza shop from my childhood. We have ordered 3 or 4x in the past week so that tells you how excellent it is.

We got the meat lovers(detroit style), upside down(Neapolitan), and the Hawaiian pizza(detroit style). You can tell they use high quality ingredients and the dough is so fresh and soft. All three were great! I would say without hesitation it's probably the best pizza in Delaware County.

ICON pizza is a wonderful local pizza shop in Springfield. My husband often gets the Detroit style pizza - which he raves about. I usually get the Napolitan (with different toppings -always fresh) which is just yummy. The sandwiches are ICONIC! The service is amazing! The owner Steve is wonderful! - I have a special needs son, and Steve always makes my son feel 'welcome' and special! and that's a BIG plus in my book! Icon pizza is not just great food but great people!!!!!!

The night before Thanksgiving is probably one of the busiest pizza shop nights of the year - but when I called Icon they took my order and had my pizza ready super quickly! The whole ride home it took everything in me not to bust it open and scarf down a slice, it smelled SO good. My husband and I really enjoyed the detroit style pizza we got. The sauce was sweet but not too sweet, the crust was crunchy and flavorful, everything was DELICIOUS. I would 100% order from here again!

Let me tell yall something…..when you say you have a taste for pizza…this is the pizza!!! Everything tastes fresh and flavorful. The do Detroit and Neapolitan style pizza. Me and my hubby both got Detroit style. And an order of potato wedges. When I tell you the crunch on the pizza was top tier, the sauce/cheese and toppings was so fresh, the dough of the pizza was pillowy with right amount the olive oil it was baked in-perfect! And don’t get me started on those wedges! Flavorful hot and fresh. Best wedges in the area. I went yesterday 9/26/25-went back today to get some more wedges to eat with our leftovers, because the 9x9 was the perfect size and were good size slices. This is my spot from now on, forget everyone else. Go for yourself and I bet you will be leaving a 🔥 review too

I have no idea how this place has 4.8 stars, we ordered based on the good reviews but it was the worst pizza we’ve had in the area. Two pizzas, one white one pepperoni with hot honey $45. Taste was terrible for both, BURNT and soggy? How does that even happen? Terrible would not recommend at all.
