Johnny Paisano's located in Springfield has great staff members that are very attentive at the front door as soon as customers come in. The staff make sure everyone has been helped in the front of the store while seating customers down at tables. When I arrived Johnny's had 9 reservations and some tables were unavailable to walk in guest. Reservations were showing up on time. The food was good and worth the money. Keep up the good work 👍 Good Luck in 2026 and Beyond.

We stopped in thinking we were going to order sandwiches. To our surprise it was also a cozy sit down restaurant. We decided to sit and eat. We’re so glad we did. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the portions were so generous. Best of all, the prices are also so reasonable. We’ll definitely be back!

It is, without a doubt, the best Italian food we’ve ever had. We’ve visited several times for both dine-in and takeout, and every experience has been wonderful. The staff is always incredibly welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent. Most importantly, the food is genuinely authentic and absolutely delicious.

An unassuming gem, hidden in a strip mall. My family and I absolutely LOVE this place. Anything we've ever ordered has been fantastic. The portions are huge, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly and the owner can often be seen visiting tables. BYOB, which is always a plus. I used Johnny Paisano’s to cater a holiday party. I had an amazing experience from the very beginning. I spoke with Christine who helped me place the order, and helped me to decide the best options for my menu. One of my options was a prime rib, where I received a phone call from Johnny himself to help me figure out the best way to prepare it for the party. When it was time to retrieve the food on the day of the party, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Johnny once again came out and was talking with me about the food. I appreciate this aspect of a business, it makes you feel like you’re in a friendly environment, rather than a sterile kitchen. The food quality was amazing. Every platter was delicious, and every guest was happy with how the food turned out. The prime rib was the largest hit, not surprisingly. I couldn’t believe the value of everything as well. Please use Johnny Paisano’s for your next event, they will not disappoint at all, and will go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met!
