3 of us just walked out because we just sat at the bar for 15 minutes and 4 or 5 different people made eye contact with us, never came up to us and let all of us walk out the door. Never even got our drink order taken or even a hello.

Dear Miller Ale House management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent visit. Our party waited 45 minutes for our burgers and sandwiches, only to have our server bring out my daughter's food with the appetizers, causing her to finish her meal before we received ours. When we brought this to the server's attention, we were told that she was new, which I found unacceptable as a restaurant manager myself. I was shocked that a new server was assigned to a large table without proper support. Additionally, when two guests ordered French dip sandwiches, the cook incorrectly added cheddar cheese instead of provolone. Instead of correcting the mistake, the server claimed she put provolone but the cook made it with cheddar. Now if im being honest who eats french dip with cheddar cheese?!? The manager did not address these issues until after we finished our meal. As a restaurant professional, I was disgusted by the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service displayed by manager Chris and Nate. I strongly advise against dining at Miller Ale House in Plymouth Meeting Mall.

Two visits to Miller's in Springfield in a week and I have never been so disappointed. First visit I wanted the N.Y. strip steak with shrimp scampi, the waitress did not have a clue as to what I was talking about. It is a new weekend special, so I opted for the Mahi Mahi sandwich. It was a disaster, too dry and tasteless. I returned the following Saturday for the steak and shrimp, another huge disappointment. My husband said it was as tight as 10 virgins. I brought mine home only to toss it. I recommend the Zingers, fries and a salad...a very good 8

You will leave here sober, with lung cancer, and hungry. Let me tell you why. A few friends and I went here for the Eagles game on Monday, Sept 16, we sat at their 'outdoor' bar area. We'll ignore the terrible audio for a moment that had TV audio crackling and going in and out the whole game...great to listen to 50% of a game... Why sober? Well because they are out of a ton of beer, the beer they do serve you is luke warm (unless you get a bottle, which we switched to) or the bartenders pour 75% and leave you with 25% of the head. All of this on top of it taking 40 mins to even get a beer. Why lung cancer? Well, they had the windows open next to their patio and 3 dudes were smoking cigars like they were in Cuba. It was great to have cigar smoke wallowing in your face drinking a warm beer Why hungry? Well, 12 wings took 45+ mins to get to the table. Buffalo wings ended up, I guess, being suicide wings because they were too hot to even eat. The service was terrible. Food was terrible. They took off two beers to address the concerns but would never spend another cent here. Go elsewhere

I was at millers Ale house on the 9/11/2024, in springfield an this is my worst sevrive ever a short black girl services me an the services was so bad no utensils my order was not complete and my wings taste nothing like garlic parm wings.she was disrespectful when i ask her what wings is this.if i come back at millers an see her am walking out.

Miller's is a great place to go with your family or with your partner. Their food option is great, and the food is amazing every time I come to Miller's. I try something new. A must try the osso and / or the potstickers for dessert. Please try the donuts. Omg so good fresh every time.
