I ordered 3 sandwiches. I got home, and a sandwich was missing from bag. The other 2 sandwiches were not made, even close,to what was ordered. They were drenched in mayo. I didn't even order mayo on either sandwich! It was so bad, the rolls were soggy. Every topping that I DID NOT ORDER was on the sandwich. I called manager, who was working on evening of October 2, and told him what happened and asked him to refund my money for the order. He was rude and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER order food from Springfield Primo again! l guess that is what happens when you have inexperienced kids working who could care less about the customer and quality service. As of this morning, I still have not received my rufund!

I ordered a tuna hoagie, and they literally opened the warm can of tuna right on the spot and proceeded to drop it on the roll. They didnāt even break up the tuna. They just scooped it out of the can and dropped it on the roll. This was the worst tuna sandwich Iāve ever had in my life. The preparation was terrible. I will never eat from here again.

Hey everyone! Just leaving Primos and I couldnāt even wait to get home to eat my hoagie. I started eating my hoagie soon as I got in the car. Thatās how good their hoagies are. I got the Turkey Diablo. So if you enjoy or appreciate a spicy sweet flavor then I recommend this. The bread is fresh as well as the turkey meat and cheese and other toppings. Absolutely delicious and one of my favorite spots. Love how convenient this location is to me too. Iām loyal to Primos. Great customer service every time I go too. Very pleasant and today I earned a $3 off my purchase reward so I love that. Well done Primos Hoagies on Baltimore Pike:)

I came in here on May 25.2025 at 1030 am.ish to get a hoagie for a lunch picnic. The lady at the register charged me 23 dollars for a tuna hoagie, chips, a drink, and water... I asked for non-seeded bread and American cheese on my tuna hoagie. The tuna hoagie had no cheese and I received a seeded roll anyways. By the time you get home from the lunch picnic as you ate other options at the picnic; you noticed you didn't get what you ordered. The guy and the girl making my sandwich was talking w each other while making my hoagie proving their conversation was a distraction from my order. Overall, make sure you check your food even though you are in a hurry. You can't trust these workers in here even if you are the only customer in the store in the morning. They need to pay attention and stop inconveniencing customers. Please check the lady at the register on video and the workers on this day for discipline so the perfection of the business can grow. My tuna hoagie was dry and I asked for mustard and it was hardly any on the sandwich. Thanks.

I guess when itās Wednesday and itās $3 off a primo, these just completely forget the meat of the sandwich. Got an Audie(roast beef/turkey) and there is practically no roast beef on this sandwich. Laughable actuallyā¦

I ordered a deluxe catering tray, Italian sampler and a cookie tray from them. The food was delicious and it was ready on time and not missing any items. Karen took my order and was very friendly and customer service oriented. She took her time answering my many questions. Thank you Karen and Primos Hoagies for making this a smooth transaction. We just ordered 3 hoagies and sides. When my wife walked in to pick up the hoagies, there were no employees in the store. There is no bell or anyway to get help. After a couple minutes, the 3 boys that were āworkingā came out of the refrigerator cooler. Then, none of the sides were with the hoagies that she had to bring up to them, then they put the wrong items and sizes that we had already paid for. Horrible customer service can ruin any company.

A location that has gone way down hill. Much better options and value in the area. I would support a local shop. Primos used to be a very quality sandwich, it still is. Just not from this one. Service is lacking, and I am forgivable, the sandwich is just plain tiny.
