Always my solid go to in Philly. It doesn’t matter which location because the execution is always on point in my experience. Through the years the systems and true bogies that make the city stay and they are locked in for consistency as a result. The chicken cutlet with broccoli rabe and sharp provolone, accompanied with the bread was outstanding and leads although busy I still think they are under rated. I will be back, that’s for sure!

My husband brought 2 hoagies today. Both rolls were hard. I should say stale. I've never experienced this from any Primos I've gone to . It was about 6:40 in the evening. Close to closing but if the rolls where not fresh they should not have not been used. . Quality is important no matter what time of day it is. Very disappointed in the Springfield franchise. We could not even eat them. A total waste of money.

This location is right up the road from my work, and I am so grateful. I live in the Lehigh Valley where good bread is rarely found and on my remote work day, I often find myself dreaming of my days in office, just to get a Primos Hoagie.
Turkey with Sharp Provolone, Diablo seasoning, mayo, LTO on a seeded roll. Unmatched. Thanks for always being delicious, fresh, and easy to work with for catering orders. Highly recommend!

This location always is my go to! Best hoagies and they use and swear by Thurmans lunch meat and all of their hoagies are so good! The service even better! My daughter even tries new things here and loves them! I’ll zoom down on lunch some days because they also have tons of specials on the app!

I ordered 3 sandwiches. I got home, and a sandwich was missing from bag. The other 2 sandwiches were not made, even close,to what was ordered. They were drenched in mayo. I didn't even order mayo on either sandwich! It was so bad, the rolls were soggy. Every topping that I DID NOT ORDER was on the sandwich. I called manager, who was working on evening of October 2, and told him what happened and asked him to refund my money for the order. He was rude and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER order food from Springfield Primo again! l guess that is what happens when you have inexperienced kids working who could care less about the customer and quality service. As of this morning, I still have not received my rufund!

I ordered a tuna hoagie, and they literally opened the warm can of tuna right on the spot and proceeded to drop it on the roll. They didn’t even break up the tuna. They just scooped it out of the can and dropped it on the roll. This was the worst tuna sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The preparation was terrible. I will never eat from here again.

Hey everyone! Just leaving Primos and I couldn’t even wait to get home to eat my hoagie. I started eating my hoagie soon as I got in the car. That’s how good their hoagies are. I got the Turkey Diablo. So if you enjoy or appreciate a spicy sweet flavor then I recommend this. The bread is fresh as well as the turkey meat and cheese and other toppings. Absolutely delicious and one of my favorite spots. Love how convenient this location is to me too. I’m loyal to Primos. Great customer service every time I go too. Very pleasant and today I earned a $3 off my purchase reward so I love that. Well done Primos Hoagies on Baltimore Pike:)
