I ordered a deluxe catering tray, Italian sampler and a cookie tray from them. The food was delicious and it was ready on time and not missing any items.
Karen took my order and was very friendly and customer service oriented. She took her time answering my many questions. Thank you Karen and Primos Hoagies for making this a smooth transaction.
I would highly recommend this location for all your catering needs. Thank you!

It’s so refreshing to get quality service and good food . When I came to work my co-workers were impressed with the quality of the hoagie they rushed over to purchase the same . I’ll be a regular at this Location.

We just ordered 3 hoagies and sides. When my wife walked in to pick up the hoagies, there were no employees in the store. There is no bell or anyway to get help. After a couple minutes, the 3 boys that were “working” came out of the refrigerator cooler. Then, none of the sides were with the hoagies that she had to bring up to them, then they put the wrong items and sizes that we had already paid for. Horrible customer service can ruin any company.

A location that has gone way down hill. Much better options and value in the area. I would support a local shop. Primos used to be a very quality sandwich, it still is. Just not from this one. Service is lacking, and I am forgivable, the sandwich is just plain tiny.

Sandwich was good like always when I visit a Primo’s but this place doesn’t have a restroom. I ask to use their restroom and I was told that it’s not for public use. But I was a paying customer.

I really need you guys to stop using doordash for deliveries. Truly, it is such a hassle if your order doesn't arrive and we're out the money because somehow its still separate from from doordash

Ordered from here to watch the game and enjoy family time . My mom ordered and I picked up. Only to find a long strand of brown hair laying right on top of my mothers sandwich . She took it back and asked would there be any accommodation since it was a 30 min ride to bring it back. They simply replied no and remade her sandwich without washing hands . All 3 employees hand long hair and wore no hair nets ! Disgusting, complete health violation.frustrated with my mothered return of no accommodation, I called and asked why they're weren't any accommodation and the manager explained it just wasn't there policy and we should be glad we received it . She apologized and said that's all she can do but after said she's most certain that's nobody's hair in her establishment. furious I asked her what made her think that long of a strand could come from any of us based upon how our hair was styled. She said that's all she can do. And hung up. We ended up going back again (just off of principle) returning all the food due to our loss of appetites and the rude accusatory statements . I no longer even wanted my food. During the exchange of the refund I assume there was a shift change another manager had a back and fourth dialogue with my mothers inferring again that we we're lying his direct words "the manager never said it was your hair, I was standing right here" I intervened saying she inferred it by saying it was no one's hair . I asked, if she said the strand of hair didn't belong to and of you, then what was she saying ? He laughed and said I guess it's funny .

Rude employees. Purposely gave me a tough time with my order. I ordered a 2ft hoagie but wanted to get the 2 halves packed separately so 2 people could easily eat their own portion of the hoagie.They straight up refused to pack them separately, for no reason other than to be ignorant.The manager on duty named Chase has no concept of customer service, whoever made him the manager needs to be reassessed for lack of judgment.Chase was rude himself so the lower level employees etiquette doesn’t even matter at this point, he couldn’t even look me in the eye while denying my request to separately pack. His response was “we don’t do that here”.Pure disgusting.They didn’t even cut my 2ft hoagie in half. That’s how careless that place is.I’d give a negative star if I could.Would not recommend
