I really enjoyed my experience Jaylin was an excellent server, attentive, professional, and calming spirit. The manager Marvi canme ro check on us to make sure everything went well. 5 thumbs up they deserve a raise.

Eric was so amazing he went above and beyond I came in a bit annoyed because my blood pressure was up which has nothing to do with him, but when I say he stood ten toes down for me and still made me smile he so nice and polite he’s definitely going places in life cause he can handle any situation, keep up the good work Eric…. Aliyah the bartender is great, The MGT Team needs to give her a on the spot raise and also select her for their MGT intern program, she does it all, if you walk in the front door and the hostess is not there she will greet you and assist with the seating. I tried to recruit her for my company and told the Mgt Team, I will be back for the food, drinks and great customer service she provides along with trying to recruit her again.

New menu at Red Lobster was a good move!! They needed it and it's working! Haven't been there in years but was very satisfied with the food and our waiter! Definitely will be coming back to try more new items on their menu

The last time I was there was a little bit after my birthday.The waitress was so so the food I ordered steak and lobster.The steak was very tough.It was hard for the steak knife to cut through it.But everything else was so so. At the front end oh, the restaurant.It was three young individual was horse plan, which that don't look too nice at the front end of a restaurant. The waitress seemed like she had an attitude. We had asked for water because she did not give us water, she just asked for our drinks.But normally when I go there, water be placed for us with biscuits, which that was not the case this time we had to request for the water and we had to request for the biscuits.But other than that, my rating of this place a 4 out of 10.
