The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was nice, the server Eric displayed EMACULANT CUSTOMER SERVICE and the Manager Andrew was very professional as Well very willing to rectify my unsatisfactory complaint.
The appetizers were great, We just LOVE the Bisquits. the Entrees took a little longer than we expected but it was fresh when it arrive so that takes away from the wait. My rice was hard and the shrimp seemed as it was cooked to long but the rest of the food was Great.
Overall, I would come back again and would recommend to others

Brought my mother and nephew here tonight. It was cold outside, so the heat blasting when we came in was warm and VERY inviting. 6 mins after sitting down, the air came on and stayed on. Every single person in the section mentioned to the waitress how cold it was, and a few of us put our hoods up and closed them tight around our faces. It was SO COLD in the restaurant, we stopped eating and asked for to-go boxes because we couldn't even enjoy our food. I mentioned the issue to the manager, and no real apology, he just said they were aware and getting someone to come and "work on it". I spent $104 and couldn't even enjoy our food. This restaurant has gone down DRASTICALLY over the last few years. Would definitely give negative stars if I could. This should've been one of the locations closed down. And with about 20 people in the restaurant, my mom's food came out cold. NEVER AGAIN! Don't bother with this location; it is a HUGE waste of money and management could care less.

The waitress was terrible forgot my soda, biscuits as well as my daughters drink. She was catering to a loud group of people sitting behind me. The waitress name beginning with L needs to be oriented again. Service sucked and my meal a 5. One star is all they get a zero if possible. Very disappointed 😞

I greatly appreciate the recognition of Veterans Day by providing an additional free shrimp and chips basket.

Haven't been here for a while
But my deceased mom of 7 years now loved this red lobster. We lived near kop RL but my mom wasnt having none of it. She would only go here or it wasn't going to happen. I found out why just kop was horrible the so salty all you could eat shrimp. They were laughing at us. Red lobster has a great product but will be closing down soon because people don't show up to work they show up for pay checks anymore.Management must be related to ownership.I am very shocked to see that this place has such bad ratings

This red lobster is awful. The food was not fit for a dog to eat. I will never go there again. Even the chicken on my Caesar salad was stale and dry. The salad dressing was watered down

Took myself for a little birthday lunch. With the red lobster rewards, got a free dessert for my birthday. Kept it light with stuffed mushrooms, always good, and a side salad. The berry sangria was delicious! My waitress was attentive and bought everything out rather quickly. I like the Springfield location.
