Clean restaurant/fast-food place but I think either they switched management or cooking staff. The food isn’t the same anymore. I ordered cheese fries today and the cheese fries weren’t what I expected. It used to be the cheese fries came with American cheese fries and the quality was just better. Ordered a chicken cheesesteak and a beef cheesesteak...just received my order amd the chicken cheesesteak barely had any chicken on it...called amd was told if I can come pick it up, they would remake it....I didn't pay for delivery, just to go to store any ways....first and last purchase

My partner and I came here to try the cheesesteaks. We've been struggling to find a place with genuinely good cheesesteaks for a while now, as prices have gone up and food quality has dropped. But we found our new favorite place here! The chicken cheesesteak is amazing and the beef cheesesteak is even better. Every part of it, bread, meat, cheese, onions, mushrooms, was absolutely delicious and worth the price. And every staff member that we have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. We have already been back once and we will definitely be back again! We are looking forward to trying more menu items. But I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a great Philly cheesesteak!

Embarrassing. Horrible excuse for a cheese steak.
Not anything close to Slacks Hoagie Shack. Absolutely a disgrace what this place turned into.
They were out of onions, sweet peppers and whiz.
Paid 15$ for a large cheesesteak and I got what is equivalent to a Wawa shorti hoagie. They are in the middle of another owner change . This is anabsolutely pathetic excuse dor food.

We had our last soccer game of the season on the fields behind the store early this morning and an impromptu pizza party was discussed by the parents for afterwards. Even though they were closed at 930am, the kind owner and his employees welcomed me in to take an order and have it ready for us by 11am. Service is a lost art these days...way to keep it alive! Great pizza and field party!

I tried to place an order and was told that they didn’t have the ingredients to make the Royal hoagie… it use to be a great place when Teddy was there..! They need to step it up..!

The sandwich is really good and the workers are really nice! They have the best sandwiches around.

Wowza!! I picked up some pizza, cheese steaks, and so much more for a party. Everyone loved the food! Omg yummy and the staff is so nice and the prices are very reasonable. Highly advise stopping here. Everything we ordered was delicious.

I had never been here before and when i went i had the most pleasant experience with a worker named Alex, she was extremely patient and gave amazing customer service. I work in the customer service industry myself and can say she completely went above and beyond to give me a great experience. I will be returning in the future !

Let me say what a pleasant surprise....was looking for a different place for lunch for a small crew that I work with in Delco. Heard of this place and was under new ownership, ordered a little of everything. Very impressed cheese steaks where excellent fresh and tasty Italian hoagie again excellent ceaser salad crisp fresh quality dressing and pizza unusual for me because of cheese on bottom sauce on top but a Delco favorite and actually very very good !! Most of all staff was friendly and clean and professional!!! Hats off to new management good luck we all thought it was great !!

The first time we ordered from there was amazing. The hoagies were packed with meat, the rolls so fresh….. we’ve ordered a couple times since and the quality has just declined by degrees. We may give them one more shot, and we might not. Our second time ordering, the rolls were so hard, we could have used them as hockey pucks… just saying it’s a 50/50 chance on quality.

This place is amazing and the owner is clearly passionate about his business. Food is so amazing I wish I lived closer but we will be back!
