I’ve been to 814 Cidery 3 times and i absolutely love the place except for the service. It’s not that the servers are not good, they are. All 3 times I’ve been there there has been a big crown and only one gentleman behind the bar and only two serving hustling their behinds off. Unfortunately, they needed double that staff to provide good service. I don’t know if they aren’t willing to pay enough to get servers or if they don’t know how to schedule but none of us really want to go back to find out.

First time to 814 Cider Work. Awesome experience. Very Friendly , great cider and atmosphere! Would highly recommend!

I don't usually like cider as I find it too sweet but I enjoyed the flight I had. Great location, live music and rotating food trucks. Family-friendly with lots of space to run around. My only regret is not having visited sooner. I thought it was only for private events, cidery tours and tastings but I know better now.

814 Cider Works is an absolute gem in all ways. Sure, the different cider drink options are amazing, but what makes this business are the people behind it. Matty, his brothers and the entire team create such a fun, relaxing atmosphere and always greet with a smile. The inside bar area is spacious and modern with TVs, ample seating and even a nice selection of board games. Outside, there’s a lawn with tables and chairs, various porch furniture, a large tent (often featuring live music), fire pits and food trucks. Once you settle in, the view of the area landscape is amazing. You’d never know that you are less than 5 miles from the hustle and bustle of State College and Penn State University. 5 of 5 stars!

Really fun outing. Turned me into a cider convert. The staff is really friendly, cheerful and bend over backwards to make sure everyone has a great time. Fire pits, an enclosed tent, and indoor bar offers something for everyone. Small nit: food truck quality varies greatly. Food truck when we first visited was great. The Rebelz food truck from our last visit was absolutely horrible. Thank goodness there was good cider and good staff to make up for the bad food truck

Cool place to enjoy a hard cider love the white out version. Enjoyed listening to live music and there is food truck. They also have fire pits, board games and yard games. Nice chill vibe

$15 for a flight of six is definitely worth it. The beer selection includes not only apple cider but also unique blends with fruits like peach, white grapes, and blueberries. There's a food truck offering sandwiches & macaroni, and they’ve set up bonfires where you can roast marshmallows or just stay cozy. You’ll also get to enjoy apples, sunflowers, and a beautiful sunset. Definitely a great place to bring friends and family!
