Lots of variety on the menu, which is neat.Execution of crab cake Benedict was mixed. A little dry, but had ranchero style seasoning which was interesting. We were on the road and every breakfast place was only open at 8am, Naked Egg was open at 7am, had good reviews, and pictures so we checked it out. Great discovery! The menu had some unique items like crab Benedict's and banana French toast. They were flexible enough to create an omelet with crab meat, cheese, & tomato which was excellent. I wanted to try a chicken oyster. It was delicious and served with mustard sauce. The cinnamon pancakes were also mouth watering. They were sweet but not too sweet. Macchiato was miniature. Not what I'm used to. The waitress warned me when I ordered. I ended up getting a regular coffee as well. Service was 5 stars. My waitress was warm and friendly. The place was busy and was getting busier before I left. I would definitely eat there again.
