went to pick up an online order. The server was very rude. It is kind of common in several crumble cookie shops in this area. I am not going to buy any crumble cookie anymore. This company culture has big issue.

Just want to start off by saying the cookies are amazing!! Love them. But last night I went in to order. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. There were 6 employees working like keebler elves and they all saw and ignored us and the people behind me. I had to actually say" Do you guys take orders in here?" for a guy to come up. Then he walked away and didn't take the ladies order behind me.
