You guys need to turn off delivery earlier if you're going to lock doors and refuse delivery drivers right at 10. I deliver for Uber Eats and had taken an order from across town. By the time I got there at 10:13pm the lights were on the girl watched me pull up and immediately went to the back. I go to the door and it's locked which is fine, you close at 10. Then the lights go out and she comes back out and I hold up my phone and point to the order on the screen to show that I'm here for the delivery order, to which she smiles and shrugs, because I guess my loss. I'm never pushy or bother anyone when I come in for orders. I just come in and wait back from the pickup counter patiently to let everyone do their thing. I let the my customer know of the experience so they can make their own judgement as to whether they want do use your business again.
