While people were ok with service the food was horrible and pancakes tasted like they used to much mix not enough liquid they were dry an disgusting will not be going back

Won't be going back. On one hand, I feel bad because the workers looked stressed but:
-Got sat at a sticky table -The mug, glass and silverware i received were all dirty -Couldn't get my server's attention -Server didn't know how to take an ihop gift card

I just had a great meal after a long day of traveling. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. Bryce was my server and he was great. A really nice young man: polite and efficient. Went with my wife and our two kids we ordered two kids meals and two pancake combos for us. The first kids meal and first combo meal took 15 minutes to come out i wouldnt normally complain but there was one or two tables besides us. We ended up waiting almost another 20 minutes for the other kids meal and pancake combos. When they brought the second meals out they apologized for the wait and offered two free milkshakes. They said the long wait was because of mobile orders. I think it's crazy we got bad eat in service because of mobile orders. Anyway so I go to get the free milkshakes they go bring them out and they aren't even for us they are for another table. So I said ok they ask what milkshakes I want I said a chocolate and a vanilla they bring me two vanilla that were basically milk they were so runny. On top of this as I'm waiting for the milkshakes I look down at my pants and noticed little black spots moving on my pants come to find out there is literally fleas jumping all over me and I don't mean one or two I mean dozens. I tell the waitress I said ma'am I think you have a flea infestation. She's says I'll have someone in the back get some bleach.. WHAT!!! Bleach isn't getting rid of fleas. Not to mention after eating I felt sick. I usually don't complain but I will never go back to this place. And it should at least be shut down until the flea problem is taken care of.

This restaurant used to be so good, what happened? We've all had severe stomach problems after eating here... the food was different, the coffee was not the ihop signiture blend that we went to the store specifically for, pancakes still have my tummy in a tizy... what happened????? Was supposed to be 6 dollar meals each, between the 3 of us it turned out to be 45$ 18$ for food, I'm really confused how two cold drinks, and 2 coffees could make up that kind of difference.. I sure hope corporate can explain.

We were doing a cross country trip from California and decided to stop here and grab breakfast .the waitress Kayla was great and very welcoming until the manager or boss sent out receipt to make payment in middle of eating and ended up paying before being finished with my food. Felt very discriminatory. Recommend if your Hispanic not to come here. Next time they learn not to judge a book by its cover . I left a cash tip of 10$ and would have left more

My Mom and I had an amazing experience at this iHop with our server, Bryce! He was so kind, warm, and welcoming! He made us feel seen, he made us feel heard.
