Terrific Indian food, and wonderful service. There’s a strong reason or two why this place has been there for about 30 years, despite a back-alley location.

For the price, this place is definitely a good find. At just $15, you get a buffet with plenty of protein options and surprisingly good flavors—definitely a deal. The staff were very friendly, and the buffet had a nice variety. I just wish they included butter chicken, since that’s my favorite.

One area that could use improvement is cleanliness. Some of the walls looked stained and not well-maintained, and the glasses on the tables were either very old or not properly washed. Also, there were no napkins provided, just a single tissue on the table, which felt inadequate.

EAGLES !!

Our daughter had Chicken Tikka Masala here and recommended this place to us. So, we came as a family and ordered Lamb Biryani, Lamb Korma, Daal Tadka, and Chicken Tikka Masala. Unfortunately, the food was exceptionally bad—period! The only edible items were the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Daal, which was acceptable.

We politely informed the staff that the food didn’t taste good and that we couldn’t eat the lamb because it smelled horrible. The person in charge carelessly responded, “This is how our food is, and I can’t do anything if you don’t like it.”

We paid and left. As for the atmosphere, the large group seated next to us was cursing at each other in Hindi, using very foul language, and we had to endure it.

Went to the India Pavilion yesterday for the first time and was absolutely pleased. Everything was fresh and delicious, the staff was hospitable and so attentive. A family member that brought me there is Vegan and it’s one of her favorite places. I will definitely return!

Honestly the best Indian food I’ve ever had and I live in NYC… and 12.95 for the lunch buffet is an incredible deal, so good!

We had Chilli Paneer which was not good at all.
It was the only Indo Chinese dish on the menu.
The restaurant has good reviews , hence we went. Probably the Indian food is good, but the Indo Chinese Chilli Paneer was the worst we have ever had.
