I have had terrible issues with this store during summer, having to call KFC customer service and the staff on-site back and forth multiple times and wait for 2 weeks before getting a refund for my order that was never fulfilled. However, judging from the recent visits since the fall semester started and also my experiences from past years, the services during regular school seasons are okay and reliable.

Despite saying so, the food and services are far from ideal. I tried the wedges and wings that recently returned to the menu. The wings taste good but are a bit cold and the wedges have clearly been refried a few times. Reviews about the store closing earlier than it should are not scarce. The staff once told me they close the lobby at 8 and the drive-thru at 9, which already disagrees with what Google Map says. I personally don’t go to KFC that late but sometimes they close even sooner.

In case you need a refund some day: the staff on-site will not issue a refund directly and you have to call KFC customer service; if the customer service cannot issue the refund either, an email will be sent to the staff on-site and they need to respond to it before the refund is processed; make sure to ask the staff to look for the email as from what I see the mailbox is largely unattended.

Got DoorDash the fries. where cold and weren’t fresh at all the biscuit was stale hard as rock and the chicken was a bit undercooked never will be eating here again

Servers had the dining area closed, which seems to be a constant. Server also closed the service window with no explanation as to why our drink order was withheld. After multiple attempts to attract attention, that went ignored, we were given our drink and told they had to change the drink syrup. Take a minute to tell the customer!

It was a terrible experience! I placed an order on my phone, and when I got to the store, I found out I couldn’t go inside and could only use the drive-thru! I drove up to the window, and the staff told me I had to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I went back to the window, waited another ten minutes, and no one attended to me. Finally, someone came to the window, and when I asked if my order was ready, she completely ignored me. After a while, they just threw the food at me! There was even a big chicken feather on the wings!

No lobby because of staffing pay people appropriately and that wouldn't happen instead of thinking about profits just like the other kfc that was in this town they won't be here much longer chic fil a doesnt have to close there lobby cause they pay there workers fairly and are always busy!!! Only 2 workers that marked the order complete for pickup just to get the money and make the customers wait total bs shut it down if you can't staff it or $$$ more to employees

I ordered online and drove 15 minutes here just to be told they were out of chicken. Now i’ve been sitting on a phone call for almost 30 minutes trying to speak to their “customer service” about a refund. Do not go here unless you have a lot of time to waste.

Got the wrong chicken. The bathroom was filthy and lobby was a disaster. 2 people in the drive thru had the wrong meals. Also last but certainly not least one of the employees was screaming, yelling and cursing. I was there with my 83 year old mom who couldn't even finish her meal and had to finish eating her meal in the car!

I wish that zero stars was an option because I'd give zero!! Tonight we arrived at KFC for dinner. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 9pm. When we arrived, just before 8:30, everything was already shut down. There were many other people trying to buy food as well. I watched the manager count her drawer at drive through not long after 8:30. I watched the manager wait for a group of motorcycles, who were trying to get food, leave the parking lot. When she saw it was safe, she rushed an employee out the door. I asked why they were shut down, that we tried drive through, nobody responded and we were making a mobile order. She got nasty and said that it would be half an hour because they had already shut down for the night. At this point it wasn't even 8:40. I asked her what the district manager's name and number were, and the manager slammed the door in my face. I tried both doors and they laughed from inside. Another customer pulled up and we were talking about how the manager turned the restaurant lights back on after I asked for the district manager's name. Then, while I was talking to the other customer, the police showed up ... because, I'm sure, in an attempt to cover her ass, the manager called the police on us!! The manager lied and said I was outside banging on the doors and they were scared lmao!! The police officer was extremely nice and let us leave. We took pictures, video, there were KFC cameras, and multiple customers at this point. Needless to say, run fast!!

update:It happened again. The only way to make the restaurant better is to fire all employees except the chef.

I placed a mobile order with KFC today and drove 20 minutes to pick it up, only to be told that they were out of tenders—meaning my entire order could not be fulfilled. That was frustrating, but what truly infuriated me was what followed.

Instead of processing a refund on the spot or through the app (where I placed the order), the staff handed me a paper slip with a phone number, telling me I had to call it myself to request a refund. This is absolutely absurd. I placed the order online, you knew you couldn’t fulfill it—why not notify me through the app or cancel the order proactively?

When I expressed my frustration, the staff member told me I wasn’t being understanding. Seriously? I wasted my time, gas, and patience because of KFC’s failure, and now I’m blamed for not being “understanding”? This company is a joke. No wonder Chick-fil-A is leaving you in the dust. KFC, do better.

Placed an online order. It gave a free bucket with 15 dollar more online purchase. I did not receive the bucket when picking up the order. Called in. The lady one the phone said that she gave me the bucket and said that many people want to get free food. I probably should have checked. I came back to the store trying to sort this out. The lady insisted that she gave me the bucket. I then heard another lady yelled liar at the back. Very disappointing experience.

This is the 3rd time I have tried to order food and hour before they close only to be told they don't have anything and they are basically closed. The food is good if they are willing to serve it.

Very unprofessional service. It is the only KFC in the area, and this is why I kept visiting this horrible place. They gave me the wrong items for at least 3 times. You can never know how I was astonished when opening my pickup order package and found 6 biscuits and 2 mashed potatoes for my 4-pc fried chicken combo.
