I placed a delivery order and none of my items were correct. I received mashed potatoes instead of fries and they put pickles on my sandwich which I am allergic to, when I specifically chose no pickles. Then they closed so I couldn't call to get it fixed and ended up with nothing to eat.

I placed a delivery order, not only did my driver not even attempt to find my apartment and left my food outside, but my order was also missing a gallon of drinks (2 half gallon pouches) but when I proceeded to try and call to make things right the number just kept ringing until an automated voice said "please enter remote access code" and then hung up. I don't know if this is a way of not having to deal with the complaints but it's very unprofessional and I for one will never order from here again.

We bought two famous bowls and the quality was poor. The corn was very chewy (several days old corn) and we also ordered a chicken sandwich without mayo and it had mayo; coworker is allergic to egg.

I'm editing my original review. I was not given original recipe chicken today, and I don't know what it was. At first I thought they'd mistakenly given me extra crispy--and I went back through the drive-thru to tell them. The young man told me, "no--that is original" so I argued that it didn't have any spices or flavor or even black pepper in the breading. He kept arguing and I just gave up. I have had more incorrect orders than I can count since they first opened a few years ago. I give up.

We ordered our food. the girl gave us our drinks and sighed before she closed the window and we didn’t get silverware for our mashed potatoes and sauced chicken and we were both missing a piece of chicken and our fries were very old. Don’t recommend we tried to call them 4 times and no response. Very poor service

This place is absolutely horrible!!! Everyday they keep the lobby doors locked so you can’t enter the restaurant. Then they literally won’t answer the drive thru!! Coming here is always a mistake!!

Make sure you understand that most likely the lobby will be closed because of staffing problems. Happens all the time.

The only thing that has gone up at this KFC is the price. The food quality and the service have gone the other way. We ordered three-piece chicken tenders, and the chicken was old and tough. They were obviously prepared in advance. We didn't order fries but another side, but both meals had old fries in the bottom that didn't all get scoped out. I would be ashamed to serve such a meal.
