Best Mexican food I've had in my life. I ordered the highly-recommended beef barbacoa taco, a carnitas gordita, a chicken empanada (pictured), and put together three cups of sauce from the salsa bar.

The taco was simple but soo tasty, and the gordita was delicious and greasy in the best way. The green salsa was so fresh too. The empanada was delicious and I loved how the edges tasted like a freshly fried tortilla chip. I'll have to try the cheese empanada...

The food is great, with large portions. The service is minimal, even when one dines in. The corner with the salsas is open to contamination from the customers. College students are not always careful with hygiene.

I'm from Arizona and miss good Mexican food. This place has it. There has never been a miss.

Until my last visit. The prices have skyrocketed. I get it, the economy is trash right now. It's just more than I was expecting. I waited 25 minutes for 2 shredded beef tacos, rice, and beans. Normally it's 10 minutes and if they were cooking more up, they definitely could have given a heads up. That would have changed this whole review.
