I placed an order for breakfast and arrived at the speaker box in the drive through at 10:28. I was not greeted at all. I called out “hello” a few times and no response. I watched the electronic board flip over to their lunch menu at 10:30 and was greeted after the switch happened. When I told them about my mobile order they told me to go to the first window. The people at the window stated that breakfast was over and would not honor my order even though I was in line and at the speaker box before breakfast ended. I understand completely if I was late, but I was here, in line, and no one greeted me to take the order until past the time.

It doesn't take much competence to put sauces in the bag, or to even give us the correct size order. See, normally this wouldn't be an issue except for the fact it was 10:30, and we were the only car in the drive through.

It’s McDonalds food is fast fries are soggy and just the common greasy mess to eat like they all are. There is no dollar menu anymore and it costs just as much as Olive Garden to eat at.

Went to the drive through at 8pm this evening to place a order and nobody would answer through the speakers after 10 minutes and we tried both. We pulled up to the first window to try to order to find the employees scattering like cockroaches hiding. I've never seen anything like this before and do not know what else to say other than I will not be back to this location.

Let me tell you how lazy the employees are here. Not only did they want to refill the dr pepper that had NO flavor. They were extremely impatient & rude as I was ordering through drive through. If you don't enjoy your job serving then don't work at mcdonalds. You wonder why there is a 3 star rating cause yall stink at being kind patient and going above and beyond.

My family and I dined here around 630pm. Service was very unfriendly, particularly the older lady in a grey shirt whom was very rude to my many customers. Aside from her negative attitude she would literally throw the bags once done. I’m shocked they didn’t fall off and hit the floor most times. It was at least relatively clean inside but that didn’t make us feel any better when witnessing staff eating fries with their bare hands while preparing customer orders.

I am my cheeseburger had a pickle on it and I specifically asked for no pick on anything. I just think all around the service in there could be a little better.
We went to McDonald's and a cashier served us, a young Penn State student, I'm sure he's not even 20 years old, I told him that he was doing a great job and that his parents were probably proud of him. For more guys like him, wanting to work and get ahead.
