Thank you for your phenomenal customer service! I am always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation when visiting Philly Pretzel Factory - State College. Today was unlike any other and I stopped smack dab in the middle of FREE pretzel day! Thanks for the free pretzel today. Keep up the awesome work! 😋

Philly Pretzel Factory is a restaurant known for its delicious pretzels, offered in a variety of flavors such as unsalted, cinnamon sugar, and pepperoni, with a range of dips including honey mustard and marinara. The service is described as immaculate and quick, with a friendly and helpful staff, including the new owner and the girl behind the counter. In addition to being a great spot for a quick bite, the restaurant also offers catering services, providing pretzels for events, as was the case for a wedding where they supplied all pretzels needed, receiving high praise from guests. The frozen lemonade is also a popular choice, being described as an "ICEE on next level" and "addicting in itself". Overall, Philly Pretzel Factory is a highly recommended place for its tasty pretzels, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere.
