Ice cream is fairly good, sometimes dry, the store is unique with fun finds, the atmosphere is down to earth, the store is clean, restrooms are well kept , & there is lots of indoor seating and outside as well. A cozy fun treat out! The store item prices are pretty high and the workers aloof, but usually a fun place to go.

This was a small cow tracks in a sugar cone, about $5. Soooo yummy! Staff was super friendly, place was clean, and absolutely adorable! I will definitely be back my next time through State College!

I’ve been coming here for over 45 years - yes, since I was playing t-ball. We would come here after every game, win or lose. This summer we were in town for a wedding and stopped by, but they only had a few flavors of ice cream. I don’t give it much thought, and chalked it up to bad timing.
Today, we decided to give it another try since we were in town again. Big mistake. Again, they only had a few flavors of ice cream. They don’t even have any MILK for a milkshake! Unreal. The final straw was how rude the employees were. I was trying to see what flavors they REALLY had, because it wasn’t even close to what was on the wall, and got yelled at to get in line.
Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be back. It’s a shame that this once incredible ice cream place has taken such a turn for that worse.
