Unfortunately, the employee made a mistake with my order and provided the wrong one. When I contacted the store, the employee responded with an attitude. I informed them that I received the incorrect order; however, the employee replied dismissively, saying, "Okay, so what do you want?" The employee's attitude was extremely poor, resulting in terrible customer service.

its a cute little place. a bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth it i'd say. staff is friendly, menu could use an update though.Parking: parking lot is very small and usually full, and often times during the week most parking meters are used too. its likely youll need to park further away and walk a bit, but its not horrible. there are plenty of places to park within walking distance.

Braved Arts Festival crowds to try 'rolled ice cream'. We were very disappointed when the woman told us they don't do rolled ice cream anymore. So we got two cones, two smallish scoops each. It came to $18.53. The sign with prices and procedures was almost illegible due to reflectionsThe staff was very pleasant. The shop was fairly empty at 11:30 am, and very clean. There's a very small parking lot directly in front of the store. We didn't try the boba tea.

We went for rolled ice cream as we saw it on the Google reviews and highlights. When we arrived we were told they don't serve it anymore ? I bought a drink special "California" with bubbles. It was good but not $6+ good. Off street parking was a plus! If I lived down the street I would order here n there but probably won't make a out of the way trip to go.
