Chill Out Hookah Lounge is a fantastic place to take your friends in State College. The atmosphere is fun and yet relaxed, and the service is truly top tier. I am a non smoker, but the owner gave my friends and me some free teas and snacks upon our arrival. There are fun board games and good music. Everyone is extremely friendly and the food is delicious. A must try!
Very nice and pleasant place! Great atmosphere and service - everything is made for you to be able to relax and enjoy your evening. Highly recommend going to this place and reserving it for parties, events and birthdays!
