Reviews for Panera Bread

I travel the world with the military and enjoy eating at Panera bread whenever there is one in the area where I land. One of the remarkable things about this company is that they offer a very generous military discount. Given that military members are on Perdiem when they travel it helps quite a bit to be able to budget through each day. This place however does not offer a military discount. I am not much of a chain person, but I have always liked panera bread. They were nothing too fancy but it was cheap and fair for the price. I've been to this one a few times and the items on the menu are all incredibly overpriced for what tastes like a Weis or giant wrapped sandwich. Comes out cold half the time. I go back for the bagels, which is why it's not getting a 1 star, but even then places like Irving's are out shadowing the place.

Customer service here is horrible. Went to the register to ask a simple question if I had received the correct item that I had ordered, before I even had the chance to speak I was interrupted and given an attitude by one of the workers. This happened twice before she chose to take 5 seconds out of her day to listen to my question and then rudely reply. Not worth it.
