seriously arrogant people work at that place, I placed my order, some pastries to go, food to eat there, we get a table, place my bag with food, buzzer goes off, I go to get my food, back at the table seconds later, my pastry bag is gone. My daughter was getting water at the same time, so I start asking her out about what happened to the bag, she is upset, she does not know, somebody stole her pastries, she is getting more upset. After few minutes of asking questions, buying another bag to go, I finally approach a server, Katelyn. She says yes I took your bag, I ask why, she says "people leave trash all the time". She threw it away. I say but it was not trash it was my food, it was obvious people were still using the table.She says I am done explaining, I told you I threw it away, end of story, I am not having this conversation, walks away. If people hate their job that badly they should look for a different job.

First time visiting this location. The food and atmosphere were great. The staff was friendly. We highly recommend the broccoli and cheese soup. It was really good in their bread bowl.Kid-friendliness: Yes.

There is no reason that the service at this Panera should be so terrible when the one on North Atherton and on campus are so amazing.I ordered a charged lemonade and an asiago bagel with absolutely nothing done to it.It said my order was ready at 12:02pm. The order wasn't on the pick up counter or the pick up shelf. I figured that their expo person hadn't gotten around to putting the order out.At 12:07pm I asked the blonde girl at the front counter, once she was off of her phone, why my order said it was ready but wasn't put out yet. She said "oh the kitchen is probably backed up and there are other people waiting."I watched the front counter person get drinks and items from the bakery while I waited another 10 minutes.I finally asked again why one bagel and one drink weren't ready after 15 minutes of me getting the notification that it was ready for pick up.At 12: 17pm, The blonde girl at the counter who was glued to her phone responded in a nasty tone "Well did you get anything done to it?" I responded that no, I did not, I only ordered a basic asiago bagel and a charged lemonade. She finally got it for me while having an attitude the whole time, as if I was inconveniencing her.I always have issues at this location and I can't figure out for the life of me why the orders are marked as ready when they are not and if they just say they are ready to make their numbers look good or something.I will say, the kitchen does an excellent job at preparing the food, even if orders are behind.

There are 5-6 people working here. No visible rush in the restaurant. Yet all coffee containers are empty. And not a single staff cares. They are lazy, unhelpful, and useless.

oh my gosh. only order here if you order 30+ minutes ahead because they take a RIDICULOUS amountime. i didn’t even get my food yet and we ordered two sandwiches. im p1ssed tf off. how are the people here working so slow. i worked in restaurant and even in a rush it would never take this long!! WHO TRAINED THESE EMPLOYEES?! and the tables are never clean. im so disappointed, management needs to do some work because this is ridiculous. it’s been 11 minutes since they closed and NO FOOD STILL!!! AND I PAID $36!! it should be for free at this point. as if my time isn’t valuable. i never get this upset because i work in costumer service but this is soooo bad.edit:we got our food and before we got it, i heard an employee say “we have no more chicken”, and our sandwiches have chicken but i figured they would tell us directly if there was no chicken so we could substitute or get a refund… NOPE! our sandwiches had no chicken :( at that point we weren’t even gonna say anything because i knows we’d have to wait at least 20 mins. you better believe i’m calling tomorrow!

no one at the counter during busy times, and even if you have the unlimited sip club, you have to order online and wait for them to bring a single cup for you which takes a long time.this beats the entire purpose of the unlimited sip club.
