This place is a dumpster fire. Staff walks around in circles not knowing what to do or how to do it. We sat at the bar for over 15 mins without anyone helping us. Servers and staff came and went but no one made eye contact and wanted to serve us. The bar and restaurant were NOT busy but poorly managed, trained and lacking any idea of how to run a bar/restaurant. We eventually left without being served.

Basically eating in the bar, as the dining room wasn't open for sitting at. That makes it a little difficult when you have your 93 year old mother in tow. Food was fine, help was kinda odd as he kinda stood awkwardly too long after taking order.

The food is decent, and often the portions are large, so you have enough for two meals. The decor is neat with various sports and historical paraphernalia around the dining room.
Comfortable place for comfort food. The seats (booths or tables) and comfortable and the food was surprisingly tasty for a casual restaurant linked to a hotel around here. I was staying nearby and ate here twice in a week... a chicken buffalo cheesesteak was super tasty (and on good bread) and the fish and chips were great. Husband said his burger was fine. Sometimes service was a bit slow (and one drink order was wrong but was promptly fixed) but the staff were friendly, which went a long way.

Worst service I may have ever had. Outdated menus on the website. Service was beyond slow with unknowledgeable staff. Food mediocre. Had to get up multiple times to go to the bar to order a second drink, get our checks, etc. Cigarette smoke kept wafting into the side dining room which was disgusting. I'm shocked they are still in business.

Went in on a Friday at 5pm and were in town for a concert. We sat for 15 minutes before the head chef came to out table and brought us water. The one waitress never ledt the bar and no one came to take our drink or food orders.The waitress never left the bar area and no one came to take our orders after 20 minutes. This restaurant is highly unorganized and not well managed. Don't waste your time or money at this restaurant. Was the worst experience we have had in many years.

I was given along with every person who checked into the Ramada hotel for the weekend a brochure for 2 large cheese pizza $20 or 2 large pizzas for $25 Friday and Saturday 4pm-8pm I paid for the pizza $21.20 and the "head chef" Mr holes in my dirty shirt and shorts "per our executive chef we aren't offering that" I showed him the brochure from the hotel and he just said "I can't offer you that I'll be fired! You can order at full price!" Chelsea who was the waitress was awesome for the record and you could tell she was shaken up because they no doubt were being jerks to her. This place is awful and terrible customer service!! Do yourself a favor and never go here!! Unreal and unacceptable!!!

one of the WORST establishments i've been to. not only did i find a hair in my food (repulsive) but none of our food was cooked to an appropriate standard. chicken fingers were burnt and basically inedible. fries were salty beyond belief. i got a drink from the bar and i couldn't even take a sip of it due to it being so strong. not only was the food disgusting, i saw the head chef come out to explain what happened and i've never in my life seen someone so gross run a kitchen. he came out with a sleeveless shirt, was very sweaty, and last but not least he smelt strongly like marijuana which ruined all of our appetites. long story short, never eat at this establishment unless you want food poisoning or permanent trauma.
