Panda express on Atherton by Walmart, nobody wears gloves while fixing people's food? I watched Tony used his cell and didn't wash his hands. The person working drive thru came from handling money to the serving line,no hand washed..bad business, unsanitary,and just nasty..do better please

We had to wait awhile for the micro greens, but they were worth the wait...so much better when freshly cooked. Service was super friendly and it was clean. Bonus: they actually had iced tea. For years, they were empty every time I was there.

It says they are open until 10:00 but if you go inside at 9:30 they tell you it’s drive thru only. Then when you get to the drive thru they tell you most of the menu they are out of (not making more of) It should say they are open until 9:30 not 10:00

I ordered the plate that came with 2 entrees got the broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken with fried rice. The broccoli was mostly raw and the beef was literally 3 little strips smaller than a stick of gum. The chicken was rubbery and very fatty.
I walked in to them making fresh orange chicken, however, the first bowl is my portion, verses my friends portion. They had plenty of orange chicken, so I'm not sure why my portion was so small. My server, Abigail S, watched me taking the pictures, and did not ask if everything was ok with my order.
The rice, even though it was dried out, had good flavor. The orange chicken, even though I watched them make it, didn't seem fresh. 🤔

Here's my takeaway after multiple orders in person and delivery throughout two months.
The food is usually pretty hot and fresh, even delivered it doesn't lose quality fast. If you order delivery through the panda app, and they make a mistake the online support team is pretty good for compensation. Ordering through a third party leaves less room for improvement.
My only complaint would be that I saw staff eating and using the bathroom with their aprons on, and one of the managers had a very oily hat that they touched multiple times then resumed working. Although I'm sure they wash their hands there is some room for hygiene practice discussion.
Overall the food is good, and the employees seem hard working if not overworked.

Said "Busy day" making chit chat with the line worker who replied "I don't want to be here"-twice! What? One food handler not wearing gloves and another person wiping down the chair bottoms and putting the dirty rag on the table top. Gross. The manager appreciated me brining it to his attention. All these places are dealing with a work force that no longer wants to work at all since covid relief. I get it. But these people have a package worth 40K now on the low end. 70K for Supervisors and Managers make 100K. I'm sorry but it's just not my problem. I'm not spending 14 bucks for a plate of fast food to be in this environment and risk my health too by putting whats on the floor into my mouth off my napkin on the table.
