I’ve resented my parents for 23 and a half years for giving me the name “Alli”. Every single time I go into a Starbucks it’s “is that Alli with an ‘ie’ or a ‘y’.” It got to the point where I moved out and decided to never speak to them again for the havoc they caused me. I am not very expendable with my money but somehow Marc always knew what drink would hit right; he hooked me up with a medicine ball when I was sick and the results were godly. Marc is very knowledgeable about the selection at Starbucks and did a great job managing the establishment. 10/10

I walked into Starbucks being confused at where everything was located and then stumbled across this great manager named Marc Cruz. Taking one look at him, I knew this guy he gets it. He showed me all around the store and made sure I was well taken care of. He even managed to engage other customers and make them feel welcome. He did a great job and I was very fortunate to meet him. Definitely going back!!
