Shout out to the Penn Valley Cafe at the SCE (State College Airport). Great fresh Cuban sandwich, homemade shredded pork, mustard, ham, gooey cheese and a nice side salad (organic!). Don’t let anyone tell you there’s no food at SCE, there a very nice cafe (just by the United and American ticketing).

The food here is absolutely fantastic. State College has hardly any variety in what you can get. This hidden gem of a restaurant has amazing food, amazing coffee, killer smoothies and the people that run it are super nice and friendly. There’s also the fact that there’s 2 hours worth of free parking!
If you haven’t tried this place out…you’re not living life to its fullest in state college.

As a Miami, Fl native, the Cuban Panini and the Cafe Cortado are absolutely amazing! The main lot at the airport also has free 2-hour parking. I come to the airport just to get this sandwich! Absolutely love this place.

Seriously, this place is a lifesaver if you're flying out of state College and need a good meal. I grabbed a Cuban sandwich before my flight, and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The bread was perfectly pressed, the pork was flavorful, and the cheese was melty and delicious. Plus, the service was quick and friendly :)

Have a weird credit card policy and don't take cash. Discourteous towards customers and poor attitude of you don't put back what you brought to the counter before they tell you there cars and cash policy.
