As a party of five, we decided to go to this restaurant after a long day of rock climbing. Five American guys who were tired and drained entered this establishment to experience food from across the world. The workers gave us dirty looks when we entered. Like yeah okay I get it we are young adults but we did not do anything disrespectful. The food was adequate, edible… you can say. Cat outside on the street that was dope. Not dope I tell you what they only accepted two payments when we went. One was Vietnamese cash and the other was tap on a card. In our party of five local Americans, one we did not have foreign cash in our pockets and two local banks did not have tap. OUR FRIEND WHO WAS VISITING HAD TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING!!! This is by far the worst experience I have had in State College. Only enter the place if you have a tap. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

The facade is inconspicuous, but the inside is huge. The machine ordering and payment is great. The soup is very delicious, but the shredded chicken in the chicken noodle is not processed well, and the chicken smell is very strong.

The broth was okayish, but it is different from the pho we have eaten in Vietnamese restaurants before. They don't add basil for some reason. They didn't suggest water for drinking when we sat at the table. And I didn't like that I had to pay tips upfront, before I even tried the service.

Cute little place. I liked the convenient POS ordering that made it easy to pick what I wanted and eliminate what I didn’t want. The only downside to it is that you have to decide your tip before you are ever served. I got the grilled pork vermicelli with winter melon tea to drink. The pork was AMAZING and super tender, but it was served over bland noodles with undressed lettuce underneath. The fish sauce it’s served with is very sweet and wasn’t what I was expecting, but I explained that to our server and she quickly brought me some that wasn’t quite as sweet. I took the remainder of my vermicelli home and will dress it with plain fish sauce. The pork vermicelli was also served with pickled carrots and daikon, which were very good. There was also something else that was green - I’m unsure what it was, but it tasted similar to honeydew melon and it was tasty. We also got an appetizer of pork wontons that were very good on their own, but I wasn’t a fan of the sweet sauce that was served with it. The winter melon sweet iced tea was delicious.

Has a convenient self-ordering system that lets you see all the options and what is inside each dish while not having any pressure of having to order quickly. The seating is open, so you can find your own spot and settle in. The pho itself was delicious - the broth was rich and satisfying. It may not be as authentic as some other place but still good.

Ordered to go pho. When you walk in, no one greets you, you go to a kiosk to order. Then when you order, you stand around and wait for your food. I was told I could sit down while I waited since I was the only person there. My food came out quickly. Pho stock was warm when opened, not hot. Beef was packed in same container w noodles, onions etc and was very cold, which cooled down my stock even more. Asked and paid for extra jalapeños but didn’t receive them. 1.75 for a tiny container of extra sauce. It was good but not great. Wings are tiny!

Overpriced for the amount and quality of food. Pho is bland, you have to pay extra for garnish, meat tastes old…

The food is fine, the only problem is they call it Pho which I can be sure that the owner has never eaten real Pho before (maybe because they are Chinese owners:v). I hope they or try to learn how to cook the real Pho because YouTube is free or stop calling it Pho, it is ridiculous and no wonder none of my Vietnamese friends recommends trying this restaurant.P/s: a picture of real Pho : v and their "Pho"

Food tastes fine. Hard to beat in State College, which says more about the quality of food in State College than the restaurant in particular.Dine in, don't get delivery. The delivery packaging is horrible and the servers are courteous. It's kinda a self checkout but every time I've had a question or request, they've been very helpful.
Parking: The restaurant and parking lot have always been empty every time I've come. I think most people get takeout/delivery.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible. There are steps to get to the front door.
