The most incredible venue for a wedding. We recently had the pleasure of having our wedding (rehearsal, ceremony & reception) at the Graduate Hotel. The atmosphere, staff and venue were absolutely perfect. Both Jessica and Mark went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch. And the food was to die for! I stayed at the hotel for work this spring, ate w/ colleagues at The Trophy Room for breakfast. These potatoes were amazing & reminded me of a recipe NY daughter was trying. I mentioned it to the server & he so kindly gave me the restaurant's recipe. Tender on the inside, crisp on the edges & outside skin. Amazing! So happy they shared- we had them today- only difference is we made some w/ recipes parmesan & others w/ feta.
