I have patronized Rothrock for a long time. Coffee is really good and staff is friendly. Sadly, I was disappointed to discover my usual latte with oat milk now costs almost $6. Previously it was $5.50, but now the extra charge for oat milk is $1.00. By comparison, there are some local coffee shops charging under $5 for a latte with oat milk. In Lewisburg, the same cup of coffee costs $4.00. So looks like I will skip Rothrock until their prices come back to Earth. $6 for a small latte with oat milk? Methinks not.

so i just moved to state college and am currently on a mission to check out every coffee shop, as one does. my roommates recommended this one, so i go in on one lovely sunday morning in desperate need of caffeine. immediately upon entering, i am hyped up by the barista saying my outfit was cute and then she kept complimenting my earrings… i was honestly flustered (and flattered!) and she was just so sweet and also helpful when i struggled to order my coffee after!!! anyway they didn’t have soy milk which is a little sad for me but the oat latte did hit the spot. the seating is plentiful inside and there are tables outdoors too (even though the view is just a parking lot but hey this is america)! 10/10 would recommend and i am obsessed w how nice everyone is in this town <3

My favorite coffee shop in state college. The muffins are really amazing and they are very big, they feed the eye before the stomach ? they can easily be shared. Coffee is also good. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quite cozy.

My husband and I were in state college for the blue & white football game. On our way out of town to head back home we wanted to try a local coffee shop without having to drive into downtown state college. We both got large iced lattes (vanilla & Caramel). Unfortunately our lattes were terrible and tasted like a cup of milk. Neither of us enjoyed our latte and we couldn’t taste any coffee or expresso. We were very unhappy and wished that our experience/lattes were what we were expecting!

Had a traumatic breakfast from Bagel Crust, so I went to Rothrock after. Their Lox toast and Latte cured me. I will not make the same mistake next time, Rothrock is home. Rothrock is life. Always consistently top tier. Thanks again Rothrock gang!

Inconsistent in grinding the bag coffee that I purchase. I usually buy a bag of beans and then request and espresso grind from the barista. There have been two times where I come home and the grind isn’t espresso, rendering my $18 purchase useless in my espresso machine. Very
