Starbucks Coffee Company is a great location for a quick stop. The coffee and food are usually great, and the drinks are good. The inner area is nice towards the windows. It is close to work and home, making it convenient, though parking is scarce.
However, service is not so much and it is one of the least friendly Starbucks locations. Experiences can vary; some staff are amazing with allergies and take great care with orders, using new equipment to ensure safety. But other times, staff can be rude and annoyed, with unfriendly interactions. Communication can be an issue, such as not being asked about creamer.
The mobile app often claims an order is ready when it is not, causing a wait. Occasionally, customers receive the wrong order. The central area of the café needs reorganized and doesn't quite work with the flow. Despite its issues, many frequent this location due to its convenience.
