I stopped by with a friend this morning to enjoy some time with a friend and some coffee. He loves the Nitro brew and I enjoyed a Caramel Macchiato. There is a nice, clean, indoor seating area to hang out, too.

This is not my favorite Starbucks simply because they won't let you use the app. But I do have to say the lady that took my order was so nice and polite. My shaken brown sugar espresso was very good! I would come here more often if you could use the app but they claim to NOT be a Starbucks?

They told me that they don't do Starbucks orders after the ordering, but all the other in store Starbucks do it without questions (even this one did it before as I remember)Also they don't redeem stars which is the first time I see this at any StarbucksExtremely weird

The restaurant was very clean and the drinks we ordered were made perfectly. Everything tasted great including the bakery goods. The bathrooms though were super dirty and needed a cleaning very badly. We also were the only ones that had placed orders inside and after using the restroom we were still waiting for our drinks because they were all only worried about making the drinks for the drive thru.

I as sooo excited to return to this place! Last time they were AMAZING!! This time? NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! When I asked for a stopper the barista actually ROLLED HER EYES!! So rude all of them! They even had to ask the one taking orders if he was going to work today! He said yea soon! my drink was not made right but I let it go because it was not worth having the remake it!!! I am going to try find different place when I return to area

Used to be my go-to stop before work - now service is insanely slow and no one seems to know what’s going on or who ordered what. Definitely need better training.
This is the ONLY Starbucks I will go to. Unlike a Starbucks with a drive thru, you can actually get a beverage without waiting in line for 20+ minutes. It's amazing. The service is quick and the staff are SO friendly, it makes my morning so much happier. Whatever these employees are getting paid, it is nowhere near enough! Much love for my Giant Starbucks!

I love visiting this store first thing in the morning!! I'm usually there 3 mornings a week and have a great experience every time. Even when they're shortstaffed, Elizabeth and Janette keep their calm and offer their best service. Typically they know my order and can start working on it while they finish the previous one. The few times I've been in the afternoon have been just as pleasant!
