I didn’t want to be the first to negatively review this location but as I’m scrolling, I see that I’m not the only one that thinks this. This is by far the WORST Taco Bell location I’ve been too. I had to reach out to customer service and get my money back because of multiple issues I’ve encountered here. I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt and have returned, but by the 4th time, I will NEVER come back her! First time, There were 2 cars in front of me and 2 behind me. As I was waiting there for 45 MIN to get my food, I saw 2 cars leave (one of which had already ordered). Next, food was STALE and disgusting. The hard shells seemed expired with an off taste to them and no crunch. The meat was almost nowhere to be found. I basically bit into a lettuce taco. Third. I got some tacos and nacho fries. The tacos were not the best but were passable. The fries on the other hand were cold and old. And finally, I recently went to get their new “Refrescas”. I know this drink is mainly water but that’s not exactly what I expect when I paid for it. Nothing like what it seems in the pictures they used to advertise it. Someone has to come and help them out. They will close down if things don’t change!

I ordered a crunch wrap, with a side of two avocado ranches, needless to say I pay extra for sauces and every single time I've gone, they don't give me any sauce. Poor listening skills at this location

Honestly this is by far the slowest Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. I’ve been here on 3 separate occasions and have had an hour wait each time. That’s both drive thru as well as take out. I understand that there are rushes. I’ve worked at Taco Bell near my home and I’ve never had waits to this extent. It’s mind boggling and quite disappointing. I placed an order today over an hour out just to make sure it would be done on time. Yet, I still waited an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes to get my food. The workers always get the food right, but never fast. The GM, ASM, and Shift Leads should all be disappointed with their ability to simply cook food.

Last two times I went here they put meat in my food despite the fact that I ordered vegetarian options. Thought things had changed in the last few years but went back at 6:30pm today. Got my food at 8:30pm... most other places were closed due to storm / power outage, not sure what the deal was but they didn't apologize or anything.

Hands down the worst Taco Bell experience ever. The drive thru was out to the road and we sat in line for 45 minutes. Unacceptable. They need some good workers who can manage busy times. Also, the person taking the orders on the intercom must have been a trainee. If the manager or owner reads this, Get things in gear! Horrible experience.

Couldn't place an order through the drive thru yet there was someone there to answer it. Only accepting mobile orders. Makes zero sense. Absolutely terrible service.
Menager and other staff have so bad communication with customers, delivery drivers and people every time, bad service, so slow motion staffs, you have to wait more than 1 hour to get the smallest order. The menager is also lier, when order items are more, they don’t want to prepare order and say this order was already picked up by someone. This is a biggest lie of this store staff, Just you loose your time and money in this store. Biggggg lierssss! The worst team and menager!
So this location’s dining room was closed when we went. Good food, customer service was good. A little slow getting the food. However, it was not a bad experience.
