The staff was nice and my food was fresh. I do miss having someone at the counter to take my order, I am not a fan on using the kiosk but I did have to employees come up to me and ask if needed anything.

Today, i let my mom come pick up my order, but my mom doesnt know what the order is so she just picked it up, then once she got home. I found out there 2 drinks missing so i called them to figure things out but i didnt clearly what the girl say on the phone so i asked if she could repeat that but she just transferred me to different line with only loading. The food is great but just the service is terrible.
Ordered a combo meal only got the quesadillas, told the lady that was all I got, she turned around and walked away, never said I’m sorry, never fixed it. Stood there while she called out other orders and never said anything to me about the rest of my order! Ate what I got and left . Never will eat at a Taco Bell again.

We stopped here for lunch just off I-99 the service was quick and efficient. I got The 5.00 luxe box and was quite content with my order. Don’t hesitate to stop here.

I always wondered why no one at this Taco Bell ever does any customer service. Seriously, the girl at the window will open the window and just stare at you, no “How are you tonight?” or “that’ll be $x.” Then i think i got the manager the other day, he just stared at me. That makes sense.
They never pretended to care. Instead of making your food the teenagers would rather play inappropriate music and climb on the counter. I could accept all this. Lately the wait for food is absurd. I keep going back. That’s on me.
At least the one kid used to give you coupons and apologize when he made you wait.

Please for the love of god train your drive through people to be better. Almost every time I go through there's something wrong with my order. Missing items, etc. Tonight I went through after a long day at work and the drive through person completely botched my order. I wanted the $7 box, they rang me up for the $9 box and never gave me my soda. I was so tired I didn't notice until I got home. The cashier was Terran S. Please train your people better, the incorrect order was partially my fault for not paying attention (however I did explicitly say I wanted the $7 box but whatever) but they should be making sure I get my stuff not the other way around.
