Got soft tacos, and they were disgusting, I would not even feed them to my dog!! Never coming back!! All kiosk and no personal service and the menu is hard to navigate to see what you might actually want because there is no menu board anymore!!!

The staff was nice and my food was fresh. I do miss having someone at the counter to take my order, I am not a fan on using the kiosk but I did have to employees come up to me and ask if needed anything.
The most Filthy taco bell i have ever seen choose take out because nothing was wiped down and kiosk sanitizer was empty, had been in this condition for 1 week straight

Today, i let my mom come pick up my order, but my mom doesnt know what the order is so she just picked it up, then once she got home. I found out there 2 drinks missing so i called them to figure things out but i didnt clearly what the girl say on the phone so i asked if she could repeat that but she just transferred me to different line with only loading. The food is great but just the service is terrible.
