Ville Billy's has amazing food. Highly suggest . Wings and pizza are the best in State College. Wings are crispy and flavorful and pizza is thin and crispy and sauce is amazing. Very friendly staff.
It has good food, great service, affordable prices, and an awesome retro decor!
Awesome food and great prices. Highly recommend the loaded buffalo chicken fries or loaded chicken bacon ranch fries. Pizza is great too!!
