I stopped getting fries from all McDonalds because they are never crispy enough when I ask for them to be extra crispy. Today that was different, the younger gentleman with tattoos on both of his lower arms is phenomenal. He let the kitchen know to make them super crispy and when they were brought out to me I was so pleasantly surprised at how well they came out. I didn’t catch his name but whoever he is, give this guy a raise! Really listens to customers and always kind!
Literally was just there to get supper for my family and they forgot to give us our food so we had to go back in I recommend if anybody goes here. They need to check to make sure all their food is in their bag when they do take out or drive

I really struggle with this location. I work right across the street so I’m there often in the mornings for my sandwich, iced coffee, and water but the missing of items, and wrong size drinks is getting ridiculous.
