Most McDonald’s are the complete opposite of this, this McDonald’s is always clean, these staff is extremely kind and helpful, every single person. I have had more experiences at McDonald’s than I would like to admit haha, And truly, every experience at this, McDonald’s has been the best out of any one in the country, truly truly great staff, and manager, Sasha especially. Nas is also amazing, truly so kind, hardworking, and truly appreciate him, and Sasha,...read full review
2nd time here. The food is ALWAYS SO SLOPPY. G forbid you ask for extra ketchup, they slap it on and toss the bread around and give you what looks like mashed up food. This happened both times. McDonald's offers ample parking, including accessible spaces. The food, when received, is generally enjoyable. However, there have been instances where no cashier was initially present, leading to longer wait times. The fries' crispiness can be inconsistent, but a particular employee with tattoos on both lower arms was praised for paying attention to the customer's request for extra crispy fries. The overall atmosphere and fry quality have been noted to have changed compared to the past, with some reviews describing the fries as soggy and the overall experience as a "greasy mess." The mobile app is available for easy ordering, although the pricing has been noted to be similar to that of a sit-down restaurant like Olive Garden. The staff can be an ever-rotating array of different characters with varying levels of work ethic, making the quality of the experience subject to fluctuation.
