“Yes, I was at Dunkin Donuts yesterday. There was a strange painting on the window of some sort of Holiday Tinkerbell, but she didnt have a face, arms, or a body. I had a hot chocolate and a chocolate donut. Was so yummy and warming.“

“This Dunkin’ Donuts is the absolute best. I actually called them because I’m on my way to a doctors appointment with my son and I stopped in swift water At that Dunkin’ Donuts, my son asked me for his bagel and when I opened it up to give it to him, there was about a dime size of cream cheese on there, and the other side Didn’t have anything on it not to mention my food was also burnt and hard as a rock so I called the Tannersville Duncan and they were more than accommodating and told me to come on over so they could fix it for me. I’ll definitely just be back to this Dunkin only. Thank you For great customer service and making full bellies happen in this car ride!!“

“Why is this store soo inconsistent?, sometimes friendly & orders are right, other times they’re rude & mess up your orders 🙄 for example, I ordered a peppermint mocha latte & that’s what the receipt & sticker said, but yet it was the gingerbread flavor latte!, customers are always complaining but they don’t seem to care“

“I do take outs. I like Double D. Most likely I figured, because I am a repeat customer, I get what I perceive as good service. Most Double D locations and cleanliness belong in the A circular.

Vegetarian options: There is nothing wrong to be a Vegan. There is also nothing wrong to be a beef eater. People have the ability to choose. They stay in their lane.

Parking: Nearly all Double D that I have patronized have adequately parking.“

“I stop by here almost every morning to grab a hot coffee. Some mornings the line can be long and on the weekends, you’ll see a lot of traffic both through the drive-thru and inside. Granted, it’s right next to I80 and it’s calmer than the Dunkin off of exit 309 so it’s expected. As a rule of thumb, if I grab anything other than a hot coffee (say a drink I know takes time to prepare) I’ll go inside so as not to tie up the drive-thru. I get the convenience of it, but be sensible about it. If I see a long line I’ll go inside but I can’t be mad, the folks that work here do their best and yes this place does get busy. The staff are great and it’s one of the main reasons I’ll go here over other coffee shops, regardless of how long the line may be at times. They always greet me, they’re quick to fix any mistakes which seldom happen, and they go out of their way to provide friendly service which is something that counts a lot these days. Appreciate you guys.“
