Rude staff, parked to get coffee with my family while my husband took my son in the YMCA & the manager with 0 people skills & lacking an education came out & told us we'd get towed & a $400 fine as she assumed we were just parking there, we usually come in every morning during drop off but we'll be going to Starbucks down the road from now on. Absolutely horrible customer service. Won't be getting our $$$$ anymore 😊👍thanks from a military family & one time loyal, daily customers.
"Cindy P", the manager of this location is RUDE... she has no customer service skills whatsoever, I witnessed her threatening & yelling at a customer who was merely attempting to make a return on some cups she purchased that were defective. I was so scared & stressed out for this poor woman. I remain in shock at the manner in which she addressed the situation & treated that poor woman.
