The customer service from Justin was outstanding! We travel all over the country for work and don’t get good customer service anymore but we had it from him. This store is always clean and nice as well! Very pleased with this Starbucks!
Most of the reviews are true. I come here and to the dispensary next door every Friday and have for about 2 years. I always place my Starbucks order before going into the dispensary and by the time I come back out, anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes later, my drink still isn’t ready. I find myself waiting another 25 minutes, one time waited an extra 45 minutes inside Starbucks for my drink that said would be done in 10 minutes. I Use the phone app to order ahead. Thewhole purpose is that it's " Ready and Correct" when you get there. It was my bday so my latte was free. I pulled up to the order screen and said phone app order for Michele, now at this point if there wasn't a phone order for me they should have said we don't have it but let me take it now.
