Yough Twister

If I had to say anything about this place, I would just say: unprofessional and rude. The icecream is always too soft or a machine isn’t working. Employees have attitude but I would too if I was consistently being yelled at by who I assume is the manager for customers to hear. The price isn’t worth the experience and I wouldn’t want to give my money to a business who seems to be mistreating their employees.

The shallow bowls that the sundaes are served in are horrible. You guys pride yourself on having large servings, but then pile everything in a very small cup that’s as shallow as a plate. Not to mention, the ice cream is VERY soft and melts almost immediately in this weather. We threw most of our sundaes away because they were melting and leaking everywhere. My husband and I took our kids to get ice cream today. My son wanted a Brownie sundae. They were out of brownies. My husband wanted a banana split. They were out of pineapple and maraschino cherries. That meant that my daughter couldn’t get the Jimmy Buffet shake that she wanted because that has pineapple in it as well. I wanted a turtle sundae and they were out of pecans.
