“Swarthmore Pizza seems a little divisive. I’ve been eating here for over a decade and the pizza is pretty good, however, quality can vary (overdone and underdone pies). I’m giving it 4 because consistency isn’t their strong suit and you might not like their style of pie. Their Salads are good and well made, sides like mozzarella sticks are usually tasty.

It’s big enough to accommodate a decent crowd if you wanna dine in, but pickup is a breeze. I never have trouble ordering over the phone and I don’t think I’ve ever received an incorrect order. Staff is always busy but generally very polite. It’s usually pretty busy, but they manage things well.

Parking: Lot in front of the restaurant accommodates some, but the strip where Swarthmore Pizza is located has additional spots“

“Finally stopped in after hearing good things about the pizza. It is a good pizza. Tight, thin crust with a good crisp. Flavor is on point. I would rate this pie a 7.7. I consider that to be a reputable score, as most DelCo pizza is in the 6's. I also got a cheesesteak. Also very good! Flavor of this steak is superb. Balanced amount of meat, cheese, onion. It's not huge, but this steak, an order of fries, and a drink, you will leave full. The staff are friendly, and everything looks clean. I mean, it is a shed basically. But a very clean shed. Lol. Prices are also very, very reasonable. Definitely worth a try!“

“I just had the French onion pizza at Poseidon Pizza, and wow, it was incredible! The flavors were on point—super cheesy with that perfect mix of sweet and savory. The crust had that nice crunch, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. What I love most is that you get this top-notch quality without spending a fortune. If you’re into great food that doesn’t empty your wallet, you’ve gotta check this place out. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good slice! Also, best quesadillas in town. This is the spot to go.“

“My wife and I ate here last night (6/27/23), after dropping our son off at St. Joseph's University orientation, and generally speaking, it was fantastic. Our waitress, Jen, was at the forefront of why our experience was so positive. She was attentive, and really engaged us in conversation. We split the cheesesteak eggroll appetizer, which was delicious. For our entree, my wife got a salad with a giant meatball (don't know the name...sorry, LOL). I went with baked lasagna, and I felt the portion was more than enough. I typically finish everything, but we brought a little bit of lasagna home, along with what was left of her salad. We couldn't pass up dessert, and there was a lot to choose from. We settled on the zeppoles, which did NOT disappoint. The 3.5% charge to pay with a card, isn't ideal, but it is clearly stated, on a sign on the hostess station, as soon as you walk in. If that's a possible dealbreaker, there is a cash machine in the restaurant, if you want to pay with cash. We would (and probably will, at some point over the next four years) return!“

“Ordered for the first time this past Friday to try their new menu. My 14 y/o had the lil’ Rita and said it was “so good it’ll make a grown man cry.” My 9 y/o had the mini plain pizza. She’s not usually a fan of pizza but ate 2 slices, so I guess that means she liked it. My husband and I did olive and pepperoni. I love that they use kalamatta olives instead of black olives! The cheesy bread with the garlic butter was also delicious! We’ll definitely add them into our pizza rotation.“

“We just got two large pizzas for our first visit (both were Detroit style - the Motown and the Greektown). For only two people eating, we have almost a whole large pizza of leftovers and let me tell you, I cannot wait to eat them tomorrow. The Motown is the best pepperoni pizza that we have ever had and we are major pizza fans in this family, so that says something! For my Greek fans, I highly recommend that Greektown pizza, so flavorful and don’t even get me started on the crust! 😁“

“Great little pizza joint for a quick lunch or dinner. Its similar to Mod in its layout and form but these guys are the original quick custom pizza company that Mod copied off of. As such, the variety, quality, etc of the ingredients and the service itself is substantially better at SNAP. Everything tasted fresh and the crust itself was a better dough. Good experience all around for pizza lovers.“

“Streetlight Kitchen & Bar is a great restaurant to go to for dinner. Their smashburger is delicious and seasoned perfectly. Streetlight is a great place to eat with friends and family.The atmosphere is great and the servers are very polite. “Sooo, I don’t leave reviews for most businesses, good or bad, BUT I have to make an exception for Emilio’s! Who doesn’t like a good pie!? I’m a southern transplant to the area due to my job and I have left behind many (delicious) southern food staples. Trying to find replacements in the area has been hard, to say the least. But when in doubt, there is always pizza! I accidentally stumbled across Emilio’s while searching for a place in DelCo to find a realllllly good pizza without having to travel across the Delaware into NJ. Emilio’s fits the bill. It’s not too thin, it’s not too thick, the sauce amount is just right and it’s crunchy and just tastes plain good. The plus to the pizza is that, the customer service is always top notch, but that may also be because I have had the pleasure to interact with Emilio himself each time? What a swell guy, and for a southerner living (sort of up north) here, finding a warm inviting smile and personable service seems to be a rarity (no offense to the locals, of course!). Anyway, TL;DR: Great tasty pizza, great customer service, AAA+++“

“This is our go-to spot for pizza in Havertown. We've tried a lot of places in the area and Cenzos is by far our favorite for a traditional style pizza. The price is also very reasonable for a cheese pie, around $15-16. Try this place, you won't regret it“

“I love this pizza. And without fail, whenever I serve it to guests they want to know where it's from. On the rare occasion that there's any left over, I make sure to carefully freeze it. It reheats well in a frying pan, just like they advise.“

“I've been GF for almost a year now and I haven't had pizza since I became GF. I decided to give this place a try because they are affiliated with Lovebird GF chicken and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. This was delicious. I ordered the Nashville hot pizza but you can be sure that I'm going to try them all. If you are GF and would like to eat pizza again, this place is worth the trip. They even serve GF desserts by happy mixer. Living a GF lifestyle can be challenging but I'm grateful to places like this that make really good food.

“Amazing food!!!! My son and I were on our way back home (DC area) and wanted to get food in the way back. Why go to fast food or subway when we are in the area of amazing steak and cheese hoagies? Turns out it was on our way home so I ordered myself a steak and cheese and my son a meatball sub (with fries.) I could only eat 1/4 and even the next day it still tasted amazing! The meat was juicy and flavored, soft bread, and fries salty and delicious. My son ate all of his in about 10 minutes. Would love to return again. This time to get pizza. When I went into the restaurant, the pizza smelled so good. I was thinking maybe I should get some. But that’s a lot of food lol. Great place - seems like a hometown favorite for many people eating there and the amount of people I saw come in for pickup.“
