No one wants to hear customer complaints. They have ZERO customer service skills and staff hangs up on you while you're still talking and trying to figure out what happened to your order. I never received the extra sauce that I paid for. They tell you that you ordered the wrong food which I order the same pizza every single time and never had this issue. I have been a weekly customer for years, but this will be my last order.
I usually dont leave reviews on restaurants, I just never go back! However, im tired of spending money on food that is overpriced and awful! Tonight I waited over an hour for a pizza and onion rings.
The pizza was terrible,barely luke warm ,very greasy and very little sauce.
The onion rings were incredibly soggy and cold, in fact when I reheated them there was a pool of grease on the pan. This dinner was so disappointing and actually ruined my Family's night! Unfortunately...read full review
