I recommend the crab ragoons and chicken and asparagus! Everything very fresh and tasty!
I literally drove to this lovely place just for egg rolls and THE AMAZING HOT AND SOUR SOUP! The soup is authentic - with carrot threads, bamboo shoots, pickled vegetables, egg drops, and the infusion of genuine black vinegar for the earthly, complex broth that defines this dish. I highly recommend New Asian for the kindness and professionalism of the servers and skills of the chef. Kudos to you all!
